@Joshua Taylor it started with the Irish in America being the only ones who wanted to take dangerous jobs like police and firefighters. They'd play bagpipes at funerals because it was an Irish tradition. Now it's a firefighter tradition as well.

Bag pipes are Scottish, uileann pipes are Irish. However, they’re similar with similar sounds but since the bag pipes are louder, they became the more prominent of the two for Irish Americans. The funny thing is, neither are associated with any funeral traditions (past or present) here in Ireland. It’s purely an Irish-American tradition, maybe a link for Irish immigrants to their Celtic roots at times of hardship like funerals. But definitely an Irish-American tradition instead of an Irish one

It's so fun watching these videos! Sometimes the participants give themselves away through their body language and the guessers don't have a clue because their back is turned.
For example, the snare drummer. When V was playing his snare, he was pleased by her performance and nodded his head a bit. Then when Hudson was describing her idea of a drummer (cool and fashion-forward) he was side-eyeing the camera SO HARD. Followed by V just calling out his posture and stance. lol

For more context, the didgeridoo (or Yidaki) is an instrument from Australia (originated in Northern Aboriginal nations) that is used by Aboriginal peoples, mostly in ceremony, dance, etc. It is considered extremely inappropriate for a non-Aboriginal person to play the didgeridoo, and some Aboriginal cultures even prevent women from playing it. It is said that a woman playing it or even touching it can cause them to become infertile (belief various on nation), and playing it without authorisation can bring some 'bad luck' of sorts. So you know that story he told about the hot pot incident? Maybe it did have something to do with playing the didgeridoo after all...
