It's in the heart of Beverly Hills in the Flats. You can't get much better for a location than that. I think it's priced too high still, and the L-shaped layout is not the best. Why they went with an L-shaped house on this sizeable lot I'll never know.

It's very nice but this house has been for sale for many years now. The buyers over 25 million are just very far and few. TV makes it seem like everyone got a billion dollars the last few years 😂 nope just empty mansions
