Zillow says it's 28,500 square teet, 2.6 acres. HOA wants a bit over six grand per month. Imagine paying tens of millions of dollars for a house and still having an HOA. LOL.

90 million? People have lost their mind. It's a very nice, very large home on a beautiful lot in a prestigious guard gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills, but it's neither an architectural masterpiece nor is it worth anywhere near 90 million dollars. The exterior design of the home is kind of plain. These types of homes are a dime a dozen in the Valley, from a design standpoint, just on a small scale.
This house could solve the LA homeless problem ! Easily can house 2000 people ! Commie Mayor should buy this house ! 50K per person not a bad deal !

This house is in no way worth 89 million.. it’s just a big basic home.. Nothing about this home not even its location makes it worth that much.
Nah, this is worth the price. It's far from basic, the plot size is awesome, the views are awesome, the amenities are awesome no neighbours, far from the BS of LA etc...this is one of the few ridiculously priced homes I've seen that are worth it.
@@sydneygata2835 It's not worth 90 million, and from a design standpoint, it's kind of a basic modern farmhouse, just a very large one on a very large lot. It won't sell anywhere near 90 million, as is the case with almost every luxury mansion in LA.
@@sydneygata2835 - $60 million max. I'd wager closer to $50 million. It's like they took a $30 million beautiful modern farmhouse and just made it bigger. Nothing truly insane like a $90 million dollar estate should have. The entrance and foyer are impressive, but look at the backyard c'mon just some grass and a basic stucco outdoor kitchen? For $90 million?
