Hi there, the DJI Phantom 4 charging hub instructions say you can only charge the 5350mAh batteries. I am using the 5870mAh batteries for the P4Pro+. Can these batteries be charged in this hub? Thankyou.
Charge mode seems to work fine. Does not detect bad batteries. One battery simply would not turn on either on the aircraft or the hub and it would not charge. Storage mode is not consistent, have multiple blue lights blinking at the same time, did not get a solid blue all the time. Is discharging 'active' or 'passive'? No spec on the charging or discharging modes.
I've been storing my batteries for my phantom 4 pro in storage mode on the DJI Hub for a few weeks . I went to use my batteries and they were dead and unusable. Apparently the charging hub made by DJI is not capable of keeping the batteries at the recommended 50% storage mode capacity.
+AWESOME “FLYOVERS” AUSSIE 2 nope, just make sure that the power supply is plugged in the wall and connected to the hub. Then just select whether you want to charge or discharge and let it do it's thing :)
Once the batteries are discharged to 50% storage mode, do you have to take them off the charging hub or can I keep the batteries on it for days or weeks?
Ok, thank you for your advise. I hope I haven't damaged the six I have kept on storage mode...all blue LED's. I keep them in a fire-resistant container (huge metal ammo box) and I keep it closed except for the wires for the charging hubs leading out. Doesn't it have its own smart system to slightly charge a battery that has been stored at 50% but after awhile would normally lose a slight charge to around 45% let's say? I guess I'm just curious as to what you think could happen...like a power surge or something?
lol jesus firmware for charging hub now hot damn whats next intelligent propellers with firmware. Do you update the firmware frequently or very rarely? and do you use assistant 2?
What’s the point they charge one after the other..except for the storage mode nothing great about it.a charging hub needs to charge all batteries at once..you don’t save time by using this hub

Shouldn't be a problem. It will only take longer to charge

Does anyone know where we can check/download the latest firmware for the charge hub ?
Hi, How long does it take to discharge a full charged battery?
+Denis “V V” Fernandes sorry I am not sure but would definitely be over the two hour mark
Mine took 24 hours for 2 full charged batteries! Too much. :(
Thanks
Takes a very long time, mine has been discharging for about 24 hours now and is still not done, from 100%.
can we use this charger hub for phantom 4 Pro batteries? ?
+rc zone hmm sorry not to sure. I don't see why not it would just take longer

+Ryan Deremo you could but I never recommend leaving batteries on the terminals

And I charge or three batteries in the remote control at the same time? Why or why not?
+YGQ 718 not recommended as it does heat the transformer up a bit.
what a phat bombastic song !
I just one too! saves serious time.
+ISLANDTECH PTX nice, they are great. Thanks for watching and commenting
Cant charge 3 batteries at same times?
+Riyaldi Putra nope one at a time, charges the one with the most charge first

My question exactly. No one who owns one seems to have a clue.
