Chaz, thank you so much for how intelligent you are. You immediately commented on how you had washed your chicken really well, and then you put on your gloves to touch the food. That is so engaging, when you see that someone showing others how to prepare food, as a great affinity for cleanliness. I will be watching more of your videos. May God bless you every day.
Thank you teacher reminds me when I'm back home in Oregon right now I live in Seneca Missouri but I was in special ed and we went to homec and we would cooking thank you so thank you for teaching me and showing me how to cook have a good day yes I'm mentally slow but you are the best you're a good yeah you show me had to cook thank you
Thank you for how you showed and talked about the preparation part. Because this is the first time my family is eating fresh chicken from our coop. We will be canning some, freezing some, and I'm baking some right now. My husband has the worst part and I'm just doing getting it ready for our family tonight.
Good and simple recipe . Cooked it tonight and it hit the spot . I thought a dipping sauce would good well with it . Maybe next time a garlic sauce might work .
I just finished prepping my thighs for tomorrow's dinner. I'm preparing steamed broccoli and rice with it. I can't wait to try this. I'll come back and tell you how it goes. I CAN'T WAIT! Even raw it smells amazing!
Looks lovely. I would imagine that one could adjust the seasoning to our own tastes. Not so much the amounts but completely different. Also do you think using skinless parts would work as well?
In your instructions you mention to slice the meat to ensure the seasonings absorb into the internal part of the meat. I didn't see you do that in the video. I wanted to clarify b/c I was thinking that cutting it might dry the meat out while cooking. If that's not the case, then I'll try putting a slice in the drum sticks next time. Another thing I learned as a child was covering the cooking dish with aluminum foil. Sometimes I do that, sometimes I don't. I didn't see you do it and the end product looked great coming out of the oven. Any thoughts on covering or not covering while in the oven baking? I'm a bachelor still learning how to cook meals more properly rather than just throwing something together. Thanks for any tips!
Covering meat with foil help to slow cook meat and get it tender while keeping it juicy. But the way she does hers for these drumsticks is meant to achieve the same affect that’s why I’m assuming she cooks it at a lower temp. When roasting you leave it uncovered to get the texture and nice color on your meat. It’s really a trial an error thing when it comes to cooking. I use all 3 methods without foil, with foil and cooking it half and half if it’s something I want to be tender but have a little color to as well. Just depends on what you are cooking.

Looks delicious 😋 do you cover the chicken while baking?
That’s what I’m wondering
No
I was just thinking this 😅
Why did you put the clear wrapper over it? It seems like you baked it with plastic wrap!
@@dneil8867that’s why I came to the comments I’m like did she bake it with the saran wrap
What seasonings did you use
I love it
What are those spices
Looks delicious. I'm cooking this tonight! Where do you purchase your gloves?
Thank you!
I’m so excited for you to try this recipe out. I purchased my gloves from Amazon.
Do you use the whole packet of sazon or 1/2 tsp? Kinda hard making it out in the directions
What did you pour on it at the end????
Going for this next week
How long should I let the chicken sit out before cooking it? Or can I just bake it right out of the fridge?
