*Frying instructions:
Just in case anyone wants to fry the chicken drumsticks instead of baking in the oven, follow the following instructions:
Step 1 - Pour enough oil into the pan so that when you dip the chicken pieces, they only get drowned halfway through, not completely drowned.
Step 2 - Heat the oil on medium flame instead of high flame. Please do not overheat the oil.
Step 3 - As soon as the oil heats up, turn the flame to medium low and add the pieces of chicken.
Step 4 - Fry each side of the chicken for about 6-8 minutes for smaller pieces and 8-10 minutes for bigger pieces.
*Please note that cooking time varies from stove to stove since the heat intensity of the flame is not constant for every stove. The size of the pieces of chicken matters. However, since this is an elaborate video on how to bake, the frying instructions are not naturally very detailed in the video.

I made this tonight looking for something quick to make with some chicken drumsticks. Omg was amazing. I double coated a couple and those were the best. So crispy!!!! I ended up making some honey BBQ sauce to cover them and that made it even better. My 3 year old who's pickey even ate some and said "yummy chicken". Will definitely be making again.
I used your method and really enjoyed the outcome! The chicken was crispy and there was a greasy mess as there is with frying with oil. I cooked 7 medium sized drumstick in a large pyrex, so I used 1 1/2 sticks butter and cooked for 40 minutes on each side in my oven. Thank you for sharing! I will be using this way of fried chicken from now on!

Mine is in the oven now. When done I am tossing a few in different sauces. For an assortment of options . some will be honey BBQ, buffalo, plain (for the picky eaters) and Orange sauce.

Made this tonight for dinner… I don’t think I’ll ever make chicken any other way… I had 10 drumsticks and 1 1/2 cubes of butter and I only added 5 minutes extra in the oven. EVERYONE was like WOWWWW!!!! Keeper recipe for sure 👌🏻

Hi I This is the first recipe of yours that I have tried. The chicken drumsticks came out amazing. Thank you for the tip, I lined my roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Made for a very easy cleanup

I made this. I used drum sticks and it was good. I made it again! I used breasts. I tweaked the spices. I also rubbed the chicken down with mustard and let it set for a couple hours before baking. I am awful at fried chicken in oil on stovetop, so this is perfect in the oven!!! Two thumbs up!!! So delicious.Big hit with the fam!

I made this recipe and it came out great. I also added bread crumbs as a separate mixture. I went water > flour > egg > breadcrumbs in that order before baking. Also, NEVER say 'I can not survive without your support". Saying something makes it true. YOU CAN survive without our support if there is a will there is a way but do not beg for subs or pander just be yourself. Survival has NOTHING to do with youtube video creation. If you build it they will come. The melted butter really made this recipe pop too! Great recipe thanks!
