- Chirp Wheel Pro and Chirp Wheel 4 Pack Review - 2 Months of Use at our Gym
We tested the Chirp Wheel Pro and Chirp Wheel 4 Pack at our gym @AxistenceAthletics for the last two months, letting our couches and members use it and provide feedback. The big take away was that most people really liked the 12" and Pro, and several really liking the 4" Focus (especially for the neck) Personally, I liked the 6" Deep Tissue the best as I treated it like a narrow foam roller.

This looks enticing Sean: i am more and more prone to injuring my upper back muscles whenever i train pulling movements, just below the trapezius and between the shoulder blades, and this contraption might present a valuable tool for recovery / loosening stiff muscles.
Have you had other clients coming in with the same problem and experiencing relief from this Chirp Wheel?
Let me know!
Hey friend! Not that exact problem, but several of the clients have said they feel better after mobilizing on the Chirp. Usually the big unit or the second biggest one. Doing movements much like Ryan demonstrates on the video. Personally, I like the smaller ones to really get into the muscles and work them open.
@@Engearment I am halfway convinced there Sean. I might as well end up getting the full set ;-)
@@wadsworth2351 😆😆. Just my experience. Do you currently use a firm foam roller, or lacrosse ball? I like those tools as well.
@@Engearment I have the roller and i definitely need a lacrosse ball for my more rusty spots...where can i get some? Oh and by the by: the foam roller that i have is a smooth one, not the one with all those little massage tips - should i get that?
