Mami, can we grind Pottukadalai or cashewnuts as a thickening ingredients along with grated coconut 🥥, green chillies, boiled channa & tomatoes 🍅 to get a rich creamy gravy like served in the Restaurant? Do u use the same iron tawa for preparing Dosas & chapatis or have 2 separate tawas because while I prepare dosas & chappathis on the same tawa, then the dosas would stick to the tawa & it would be very difficult to spread & prepare a perfect crispy round shaped dosas. Then, I kept one tawa for dosas & one separate tawa for making chappathis. Your saree colour combination is beautiful. ❤️🤎. May I know what material is ur saree & where you bought it Mami..
