    🔥 Frequently Asked Questions:
    Do you have a left handed version of this video? If you are left handed, you can convert ANY video on RUclips yourself! Simply go to www.mirrorthev... and follow the instructions to mirror flip any video to convert to left handed!
    How much yarn will I need? This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!
    How many squares do I need for a blanket? That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀
    Do you have the written pattern? Yes! I have written patterns to accompany my video tutorials on my website here: www.hookedbyro... The written pattern is generally released a week or so after the video tutorial to ensure there are no errors in the video itself and to make amendments in the written version if any are found. All the written patterns are FREE to access on my website
    How can I print the pattern from your website? Do you have downloadable PDF's? Not at this time no. This may change in the future but for now, I only provide the written pattern directly on my website.
    Can you remake this video so it is slower? If the video speed is too fast, you can slow it down! 😀 See this video on exactly how: • How to Adjust the Spee...
    Why do you use American stitch terminology? I learnt using USA stitch terms, long before I even knew there was a difference between UK & US terminology! American terms are my "first language" so to speak. If you need a conversion chart, I have one here! www.hookedbyro...

    I’ve completed continuous join as you go. I straightened the wobble with a single crochet taking into consideration of corners to help eliminate the wobble. Now I want to start a block stitch boarder. It still has a little wobble. I am unsure whether I should do another round of SC to see if I can make a straighter edge.

    Love this tutorial! I'm using it to finish my first every crochet project, which is a blanket. When you say add a single crochet if you leave it on the granny shell row, what do you mean? Sorry I'm still very new to crochet. Would you do it in every stitch or just in the spaces to finish it off? I actually love the chain three single crochet row, so I may leave it there for a pop of color. Thanks again!

    Hi Robin. I'm currently making a rectangle granny square blanket and was looking for a border that's not scallopy and poofy haha! For my blanket pattern, I'm not chaining between clusters and only doing 1 chain in each corner. Would I follow the same after each pop of color row or would it need the chains like yours has?

    • @HookedbyRobin
      @HookedbyRobin  6 месяцев назад +1

      You could easily adapt the chains to match what you've currently got on your blanket - I'd definitely test on a small section first just to make sure it's not pulling in too tight but I think you should be fine!

    • @HookedbyRobin
      @HookedbyRobin  Год назад +1

      I very rarely block squares full stop to be honest as generally, once they are altogether in a big blanket, the weight of the finished piece tends to block itself (if that makes any sense?!)
