I love NW still today but Tarja's era is still my favourite,i loved NW from oceanborn and it's very common to love Tarja's era more.❤.

It still amazes me that Jukka was able to perform on this level while suffering from Insomnia. I don't know what that feels like, but i can say that i feel like shit after 1 night of little to no sleep and this man performed almost every night at his upmost best.

I have been enjoying their music for a long time. I have the CD and DVD of this concert. Tara was the "Real True" voice of Nightwish. "Awesome" live performance. So sad it was their last together. But it lives on forever...right here!! 😊👍👍👍❤
What a masterclass of a live performance. Her presence is so powerful so her voice is. When I thought it couldn’t get better, those guitar harmonics brought me to tears
She was the reason I had orginally fallen in love with Nightwish. The mix of heavy metal/rock with operetic singing was something I'd never heard before, and for me, this was the very definition of Fantasy Metal. There have been other good singers for this band, but none of them had her background and her ability to carry the style of this type of music like she did. It was just such a unique mix of elements. With the way she sings it, the second verse always made me think of a pious holy woman walking in the halls of a grand, soaring ceilinged chapel as the Kinslayer confronts her and she does not weiver, does not bend in her faith, even as death possibly breaths down the back of her neck and he could gut her with a flick of his wrist.

@@nafisahmohamed4772 I never appreciated Tarja until I started learning about singing, I was a huge fan of Floor. Now listening with a critical ear Tarja sounds superior, deep and rich and Floor sounds so brittle and ragged.
There is a reason why Floor does not sing Tarja's songs. And if she does, they don't sound the same because of the two different singing stiles. Tarja's voice was the reason Nightwish changed to heavy rock to suit her better. Floor's voice turns the songs into pop rock, a commercial sound for me .. with all due respect to Floor and the work she does with the band.

Uvalde brought me here. This song is so sad. I always wonder how many listened to this song about Columbine and were influenced by it, and then went on a Killing Spree. We may never know. On the other hand I always liked the way Tarja dressed. No Leather and Tattoos. She dressed Classy.
