    Really appreciate the rate at which you speak. I don't have to speed up your videos. Love the content.

    7:38 you can use the find and replace tool inside of sheets, just find "-" and replace with " " so you are finding all dashes and replacing with a space. it works great!

    some good tips here! Topical maps always take me forever to make

      Yeah, if you want to do it right, they can take a really long time. But you also don't always need to do it all at once! Can just go cluster by cluster as time goes on, starting with the most important stuff first.

    Awesome value here.
    Vid recommendation: How to get a press release for local SEO.

      Thank you! That one doesn't need a video, though! You could get one from us over at SirLinksalot.co, or you could shop around and pick one that looks good elsewhere, there are a lot of options. Press releases are something you're going to buy rather than doing yourself, just depends which platforms you think you want to be on. For the most part though, unless you are trying to impress clients, we just go for the pretty basic stuff for SEO reasons.

    The problem starts when you need to merge those entities, as you said it can take a lot of time.
    I’ve wrote multiple scripts that are:
    - collecting SERP results for each entity,
    - comparing entities’ organic links and related searches,
    - giving me a list of entities that have lots of similar links and related searches,
    - merging entities based on that
    It’s all semi-manual. But result is 550>288 entities. Then the script becomes unhelpful and I start manually merging entities, but at this point I am questioning if I should, those entities becomes more and more self sufficient

      Sounds a lot more complex than what I do!

      @@ChrisTzitzis I collect entities the same way you do, but also check out “images” tab in SERP, there are entities in round buttons and also 1-20 blocks of related searches on the page.
      I also made script to collect them at once.

    Newbie question here - if see multiple competitors articles containing two/more keywords, do you always want to put them into the same article on your site? Is there ever a case where you’d want to split them and devote a full article to each?

    • @ChrisTzitzis
      @ChrisTzitzis  4 месяца назад +1

      See what the top rankers for both keywords are doing - same article or different. Then do the same

    Nice tips. Although, I think the reason why people pay experts to do it is not because they can't do it themselves. It just takes a lot of time.
    I usually do it in batches

    • @ChrisTzitzis
      @ChrisTzitzis  5 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I normally don't do it all at once either. One category or cluster at a time.

      How much has it changed? It's honestly not something I've ever used heavily as I would just use Google and other methods instead. I feel like I remember less stuff being behind signups, though.

      @@ChrisTzitzis yeah pretty much what you said. I'm largely doing the 'old man gets grumpy at things changing' thing, but AtP had a lot more data freely available, and it wasn't trying to push you to Ubersuggest all over the place. Neil did update their database significantly so the data is a lot better, if less freely available.
