I was just wondering if I’m working on keyword that is ranking on 15th or 17th position, does it usually mean that I’ve done my on page correctly and focus on building good backlinks? Also, if I have more backlinks on inner pages compare to the home page, what would be some good tips to make the website look natural in eyes of Google?
- impossible to tell you without looking at it unfortunately - add more homepage links. but also remember it can be natural for sites to have more inner page links than hp links. just don't neglect the hp!
Believe I have other videos on this, yes they can, however, I usually prefer to diversify my link profile instead of disavowing. Tools do a bad job of analyzing so need to do yourself
How to internal-link if I sell digital products and all my category pages(rap beats, pop beats etc) are relevant to all top of the funnel blog posts I can ever write? I sell instrumentals to music artists and whether I write a blog post about music marketing or music recording or anything, 95% of the articles apply to my all category pages. Is it okay to include internal links from each blog post to almost all my category pages, since they're all potentially relevant? I mean I can write a blog post on ''How To Record Vocals At Home Like a Pro'' and it is relevant to both rap beats, pop beats and piano beats and more. Thank you!
Yep you can do that. Don't try to force anything, but if it makes sense and the user might actually want to click through when reading, it's most likely fine!
Yep, which is why you need to build quality links and follow link building best practices to avoid any trouble. If you do things naturally, its easy to avoid detection. It's against Google's rules, but it's necessary to succeed and everyone from Fortune 500 companies to newbie bloggers are doing it
