Redemption needs to be remembered, doesnt it? I agree calling him a "good kid" does not reflect his actions.. but if you have ever been in that intense situation, which I have, your emotions are flying and everything to you seems hightened.. sad thing is this officer was most likely scared by the crowd, and not confident in the way he should be treating the crowd.
I remember a twitter post when they refer a black teenager as a “man”, while they refer a fully adult white male (early 20s, I believe) as a “young man” or something similar to a kid. It’s really annoying.

This is something I found out when I lived in Germany. Educated jobs have a much better pay than Germany. Germany does a better job paying minimum wage jobs (McDonald's, Burger King, waiter, cashier, salesman, etc). California does pay the most which is $105,220, but you have to remember California is 3rd most expensive state to live in the US. Alaska is the 2nd most paid state. The only reason for this is because no one wants to live in flipping Alaska. Its difficult to be a police officer in Alaska. It takes a lot of small airplane travel, snowmobile travel, and boat travel.
