Unfortunately, I can't use it as a mirroring service to see the video I'm recording on my iPhone, on my computer. Now, looking for a video that can demonstrate this if possible.
Please be advised that iOS 18.2 has broken iPhone Mirroring, where my updated iPhone and updated Mac are not connecting. Minus the fact I cannot currently use it as of this writing, I LOVE iPhone mirroring, and use it almost daily since its initial release! It is one of my favorite features of iOS 18, second only to the improvements and additions made to the Journal App. Also, since Mac does not currently have a version of the Journal app, I use iPhone mirroring to make text only journal entries, allowing me to type faster and freely, compared to if I was typing with two fingers on my iPhone. Highly, highly recommended--when it works.
This stopped working for me after migrating (via the native migration assistant) from a MacBook Pro M2 to a MacBook Air M3, not sure why. I contacted apple’s support but they didn’t provide any solutions… has anyone experienced anything similar? I already tried every technique described on support’s website and a bunch of other sources too, with no luck
i usually use this when my iPhone is on the other side of the room, the only problem is that every time i go to use it i need to enter the passcode on my iPhone
Why this app keeps getting "Connection Interrupted" it's like every one minute this message always appears so i need to click try again, please fix it. Thank you.

Apple add this feature to eu too! we pay for our devices the same as in the usa, why don't we have a lot of features like this, appe card or apple intelligence when we pay the same? same support for other languages, startups have more support like you, sad!
This feature doesn't work if you have multiple laptop or desktops. You can only set up one iphone on one mac mini or only on one ipad or only on one macbook pro. This is quite honestly degraded feature already. Normally people have laptop, mac mini and ipad Or combination of those. Apple, fix this. As of today this is more of a bug than a feature.
This is a lot of trouble for something that is not worth a lot of trouble. I tried it a few times and my phone is never in the right state to be recognized. I'm open to new features but this is silliness. I don't feel sorry for the people in the EU. You're not missing anything.
there's no way to access the control center using iPhone mirroring, right? I'm not missing anything. its just made that way, right? It makes sense that you can't access Notification Center as the notifications are now forwarded to the Notification Center on your Mac...
