Elden Ring's list of characters has over a dozen entries that are simply named "Someone Yet Unseen". Presumably they had several NPCs planned that didn't make the final cut, and some of these faces may have belonged to them, but this could also point towards the many character's we're likely to meet in the DLC, and some of them may end up using these faces or some iteration of them too.
Or just a bunch of placeholder faces made so there was a stock available to be slotted in as needed. That's what I would do in this situation. Well that and spend hours horsing around with the builder tools just to see what I can get it to spit out.

I know this is an odd request and likely not easy to do, but could we get the sliders for some of these faces? So many of them are drenched in potential for characters and perfect to be used as bases
Zullie, this is a big ask, but could you do a comprehensive video covering the interesting changes made by the day and night cycle? I don't need a character talking for 10 minutes before the game ends so I understand every single detail. I prefer to see something and think hmmm, this might be this, or that, or maybe something I still hasn't seen.
Lovely video. I especially liked one of Tanith's supposed drafts - at 2:28. I kindly wanted to ask how to access these files myself, so I can figure out the sliders of it. Thanks in advance!
devs: sir, we need character face models and we came up with this one as the first one. myiazaki: good. name it npc ten thousand. devs: sir, it's the first- myiazaki: did i stutter?
Its common to use high numbers for enumaration and categorization. Might be the first 2 numbers represent a category and the 3 last digits are the counter.
@@TheDool true but i doubt it applies in this case since the filenames also have letters, so it's not like the numbers do all the work. could have also been npc_face_template_00001.
@@usernameemail I guess @thedoofs point is that "model number 10000 is way easier to differentiate from 10001 than "npc_face_template_00001" and "npc_face_template_00002" Which I think is true in this case.
Just something I was thinking abt, could Mesmer be the one who stabbed Marika? The Elden beast was damaged where she was stabbed, so it couldn’t be the greater will. Also, the spear was red and it seems too perfect that Mesmer was hiding in plain sight the whole time.
The npc’s with the golden facial scars made me also immediately think of ichor (the Japanese gold repairing technique you mentioned also popped in there too), the blood of the gods in the old Greek pantheon (Hera and Zeus and all that), as it’s supposed to be golden in color. I know that thematically that would be out of left field but the thing of godliness and golden blood is why I thought of it.
I know it'd be a lot of effort, but would it be possible to get a video that gives the numbers for all these to base as a template? Some of these are really good bases.
Among all theses, I'm sure one of them must belong to Bloodhunter Raz! It's a shame they got rid of him before release though, still very sad about it.
Zullie is the slider data there for these? Because releasing a database of each of these with corresponding sliders for cosplay or roleplay runs would be absolutely MASSIVE. Just a few gave me so many good ideas, but I am absolute dogshit at using the Fromsoft character customizers without a guide.
Can you provide us with the values for the faces in the video? Some of these go perfectly with some of the build i'm making and these faces are too good to be left to waste
The blue haired - blue eyed lady NPC made me think of Ranni. Not that they look anything alike, but the colorset matches. Doesn't necessarily has to be Ranni per say, could also be "the Snow Witch" from which Ranni's doll form was based on.
So the obvious question comes up for people who snagged NPC face sliders from your video on it - how would we access these sliders for ourselves if we wanted to root through them? Because a comprehensive video on all 500+ faces is a lot to demand from one Zullie.
Please do a video on Dark Souls 2’s map design. It’s the most confusing map in any souls game and has always been an enigma to me. Would be really interested to see a breakdown
Thank you so much for this. Might it be possible share some sliders for the more unique among these faces? (I regularly use your NPC sliders - thank you for those!)
I wouldn't be suprised if many of these are placeholders for cut and/or future content. It's well known that developers will often work on large portions of the game and then cut it off due to time constraints or some other set backs only to finalize and release it later as a DLC. Just look at what happened with Destiny. Almost all of the DLC in the original game was accessable from release but was blocked off in one way or another. That didn't stop basically everyone from checkin it out though lol
@ZullietheWitch Awesome job as always. One thing got me thinking though. The "Tanith" prototype is actually the female Enchanted Knight and Prophet from the CNT. Is the face data from the all the CNT classes still in the files and if so please can you post them. Been looking for the correct ones with correct Rgb values since release but with no luck. Thanks a bunch for everything that you do for us.
Edit; Also is there an equivalent of the Fromsoft Default in Bloodborne that they use for trailers. In the class selection screen and some trailers it seems to be a variant of the CNT Warrior for males and the CNT Prophet for females. Again, thanks

Thanks in advance!

devs: sir, we need character face models and we came up with this one as the first one.
myiazaki: good. name it npc ten thousand.
devs: sir, it's the first-
myiazaki: did i stutter?
Its common to use high numbers for enumaration and categorization. Might be the first 2 numbers represent a category and the 3 last digits are the counter.
@@TheDool true but i doubt it applies in this case since the filenames also have letters, so it's not like the numbers do all the work.
could have also been npc_face_template_00001.
@@usernameemail I guess @thedoofs point is that "model number 10000 is way easier to differentiate from 10001 than "npc_face_template_00001" and "npc_face_template_00002" Which I think is true in this case.
Don't suppose we'll ever get a list of sliders for these faces or anything?
2:28 NAAAH the one on the right is Brandon Rogers xd
Is there any way to make the face in 6:14 ? She's really pretty, and her features are quite unique.
she looks like a jojo character
May we have the sliders?
3:11 wow it's my Bloodborne character
1980s Tetsuo Sakurai?!
3:05 - Brian David Gilbert is that you??
Zullie is the slider data there for these? Because releasing a database of each of these with corresponding sliders for cosplay or roleplay runs would be absolutely MASSIVE. Just a few gave me so many good ideas, but I am absolute dogshit at using the Fromsoft character customizers without a guide.
Could you make some sort of google sheet with settings for faces ? I kinda like some of them
You're really gonna show us all of these faces and not give us the face data? I'm mean it would be tedious but help a brother out.
Can you provide us with the values for the faces in the video? Some of these go perfectly with some of the build i'm making and these faces are too good to be left to waste
I second this! Some of them look really interesting, but there's no way I'd be able to replicate them in the character creator.
Do you think it'd be possible to make spreadsheets or something for the character sliders? Some of those guys look cool
Gerudo town night track is my vibe ❤
The blue haired - blue eyed lady NPC made me think of Ranni. Not that they look anything alike, but the colorset matches. Doesn't necessarily has to be Ranni per say, could also be "the Snow Witch" from which Ranni's doll form was based on.
how can we use their faces? i like them i dont want them to go to waste lol
Would really like the sliders for some of these😢
7:58
Pinocchio? Is that you?
damn, Imma need that Mads Mickleson sliders
1:00- EURON GREYJOY SPOTTED 🦑🦑🦑🦑
Is it possible to get the presets of those templates ?
is there any chance that we can see the sliders of some of these NPCs??? plss
DS Map Studio
Any possibility you share the specs of the faces Zullie to recreate them in game?
Are the slider options for these unused faces available somewhere? Some of them look like nice baselines to start from.
So the obvious question comes up for people who snagged NPC face sliders from your video on it - how would we access these sliders for ourselves if we wanted to root through them? Because a comprehensive video on all 500+ faces is a lot to demand from one Zullie.
DS Map Studio
Some of these are really nice. I wish there was a way for players to easily access them and use them for their characters
Hey @ZullietheWitch think you can show the data values for these faces?
notif gang!
7:16 Please tell me im not the only one to see this face and think: _"Bah Gawd, It's the Undertaker!"_
Thank you.
6:35 Hi Jschlatt
Please do a video on Dark Souls 2’s map design. It’s the most confusing map in any souls game and has always been an enigma to me. Would be really interested to see a breakdown
Could we have sliders for the faces shown? Some of them are legit somthing I would play for the next playthorugh
5:10 that's Marianne from Fire Emblem
Thank you so much for this. Might it be possible share some sliders for the more unique among these faces? (I regularly use your NPC sliders - thank you for those!)
would it be possible to extract the sliders from that IDs? r/soulssliders would go crazy about this treasure haha
Zullie, is there any chance you would be able to post a link to the facegen presets so we can make these faces for ourselves?
7:22 What are you talking about? That right there is Jack Nicholson! Straight out of the shining he is!
The variety of the character creation system is amazing but the lack of black hairstyles is kinda sad
Can we get the sliders to play as Mads Mikkelsen? I want to gear him up for the DLC!
I wonder if any of these faces were meant for the cut character Sceiron, the Graverobber Lord. I guess we will never know.
is it possible to look for the specific values of other D's models the 1st model besides D's final model is so good
I wouldn't be suprised if many of these are placeholders for cut and/or future content.
Ohhhhh is there a list of the face data for these unused faces that we could use? Since I play on console?
The one at 7:16 reminds me of The Undertaker
its gotta be him
the team probably watched some wrestling when they designed godfrey
The dragonborn with the gold scars is so cool I'm just going to make a new faith build around that
@5:07 looks like the inn keeper from Shrek
any place where we can check what these faces' values are to recreate some of them for our player characters?
subtitles-only ads are the only ads I will ever watch
4:21 Bottom Left. Can't believe Kurt Cobain was almost in the game.
