As a Cabin Crew, your presence on board is not exclusively for smooth rides. You’re mainly put on an airplane to solve problems whether it’s a matter of safety or service.
Also, as a Cabin Crew, you must be a master at calming passengers and de-escalating hostility when the need arises. The airlines are attempting to improve things by hiring more customer service-oriented candidates, who are seasoned in the art of handling difficult situations.
A pretty face is not enough to make the customers/passenger be cooperative and understanding.
Dveloping and upgrading your emotional intelligence will make you more charming and diplomatic.
You’ll develop an ability to identify your own emotions and those of others, better known as Emotional awareness;
You'll develop an ability to harness emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking and problems solving;
You'll certainly develop an ability to manage emotions, including the ability to regulate your own emotions, and the ability to cheer up or calm down another person.

I think you are naturally an intelligent woman, I just started watching you, u are amazing, confident and, and inspiration, I admire U! During interview process I have been asked by recruiter have u ever asked for help ? I replyed an answer on current situation ...yes always whenever it needed.they asked give example . I replied I just borrow a pen outside from other candidate to fulfill declaration form wat do u think mam is that was correct answer ?
I can’t judge an answer based on what I would read over here. I would have to see how you do that. Your body language and facial expressions are crucial. Also ur tone of voice. I can say clearly that you gave a great answer however other parameters also matter a lot.

Ankita I think a google research can help. Do share with me what you will find and we will decide together. However, a certificate is not a must, the level of intelligence can be viewed and observed by the behaviour.
