I have always loved three bean salad my husband and kids were never too wild about it I never could figure it out but I'm going to be out in a senior apartment by myself probably soon and I can see me having this once a month once every couple months or so and eating my way through it as a side dish and a lunch dish and truly enjoying it. Thank you for reminding me how much I really did like it and showing me that I could make it with sweetener also

I used to make this salad often, especially in the summer for parties and graduations. However now I’ll make it with avocado oil or olive oil and Swerve (1 to 1 ratio instead of sugar). Thanks, Noreen, for reminding me how much I love this salad ! 💕

Stevia granulated is the best! You cannot beat it!
We do not like stevia. Bad aftertaste and it gives us stomach problems

Love 3 bean salad. I can not find yellow wax beans anywhere in North central Florida.
Do you use 1/2 cup of artificial sweetener by volume or by the amount to sweeten the same as 1/2 cup of sugar.
I use Splenda so it’s a cup for cup substitute.
