Hi there! You would want to start with chest measurement and height to decide your basic size. If you have a certain body type ex) pear shaped or particularly large bust, then you’d take separate measure of that and grade between sizes of other body parts. The patterns normally don’t specify arm measurement but some do have armhole/armscye reference. But I would suggest for the arm pieces you try a couple of different sizes of toille or paper pieces wrapped around your arm to see exactly which size fits you the best before cutting the real fabric. Hi there! This dress is finished with bias binding in the neckline that joins the button placket in the front. Thus no neck pattern! Just bodice front and back, bias binding, and button placket! Good luck! 👍
