    Not really sure I agree that more movement always needs wearing out the joint. I've noticed low intensity exercise actually helping my arthritis

    I've had knee surgery twice and have grade 4 condromalacia.
    I started to have severe pain, 8-9 out of 10, ruining my ability to focus. NSAIDs didn't touch it, so i was starting on low dose opiates.
    Changed to a low omega-6 diet and lower carb diet, plus i now fast 16hrs a day. I now have zero pain, and don't even take any pain/anti inflammatory drugs.
    This sounds a lot like I cured my arthritis & swelling of my joints..

    There have been good studies that tart cherry juice and even sesame seeds can help. I've even found diet has had an impact

    ☼ *ankylosing spondylitis* : is it possible to be a misdiagnosis of chronic general inflammation systemically from chronic alcohol abuse?

    • @Unsensitive
      @Unsensitive 4 года назад

      Alcohol is nutrient deficient, so increases stress on your body. It also leads to insulin resistance, and fatty liver, both lead to increased inflammation.
      So while not a useful diagnosis, it may not seem to be incorrect.
      I'd try to lower omega-6 fats, lower sugar intake, eliminate processed foods, and reduce the alcohol consumption.
      The science and mechanisms are understood, and should yield great benefits in reducing inflammation. Of course consult a physician.. but find one of the rare ones who is up to date on the research and mechanisms of action.

    Arthritis is not impossible to get over once you know-how. Osteoarthritis is 100% recoverable including restoring cartilage fully. Very often by restoring the cartilage and the synovial fluids, knee and hip replacement surgeries can be avoided. Rheumatoid arthritis can also be managed without the use of steroids too.

      Come on, you can't leave us hanging like that! You can't make such incredible (and hopefully truthful, I'll add) claims such as the ones you made here, and then not provide further, more specific details of what exactly you are claiming can be done to cure and/or reverse Arthritis, and just how this is accomplished/achieved. If you didn't provide the more specific details/explanations about your claims because you are unable or unwilling to do so, for whatever reason, then would you please give us some web links, or at least point us in the general direction of where we can look for this information ourselves?? Thanks
