Exactly. couple of weeks back I ordered a plate of chhole bhature and kadhi chawal. Both of them were horrible in taste. They are spoiling the name earned by Delhi joints/food.

Ek local seller 1 Bara table side me laga kar chole bhature bechte they. Wo 1 plate me chole, 2 bhature, achar, pyaj, chutney dete they. Price was only 15₹/-. 15 rupees me fresh, tasteful, quality chole bhature. Ye 2018 ki baat hai. Ab main uttam nagar nahi rahta isliye unke price ka Pata nahi. Shayad 30 rs kar diye ho? Agar ek taraf is nagpal ke 110rs ke chole bhature ho, aur dusri taraf wahi seller, to main usi seller se bhature khaunga.
Bhai tum price pe Jaate ho. Log taste ke base pe khaate hai. Plus hygeine ka bhi issue Kafi badh Gaya hai so Street seller against Nagpal is very simple choice.
Pathetic, okay for Mumbaikars, just got 2 plates in Kandiwali West, chhole are still okay but bhature are horrible. Paneer filling is just an hoax as there is not even 5 gms paneer. A average Bhautre wala selling 30/ per plate would taste betterr. Apologies for being crude as being a regular visitor to Chacha in UD, Sitaram in Pahar Ganj and Nagpal in Amar Cly all in Delhi, know real taste of Delhi Chhole Bhature.
