Hi again. I have this same rifle. I am very pleased. With it. I have the same 1-5 Leopold scope. I have not shot a deer yet with it. I just keep using my bras 44. 3030 will get it done. It's one of the best hunting rounds ever. I still use my grandpaps 1894 30 wcf made in 1909. The Henry's come out when raining. My Henry rifles do not get babies. They get used. Im a hunter. 😊
Iput a leupold vx freedom 2-7×33 huntplex scope in low talley mounts. Had to remove the rear sight. Simply rugged alaskan sling and cartridge cuff. Perfect hunting rig.
Beautiful rifle, thanks for the info, for me, scopes just dont belong on a lever gun but thats just my preference, I am in the market for a Henry Thanks again
Great video! Y’all are onto something channel wise. Only tip, y’all need to wear a speaker or something. It’s muffled and quite, and then the theme song blares in, then back to muffled
Yeah our microphones need to be placed right otherwise they don’t seem to work well. When we filmed this I think the mics ($25 on Amazon) were clipped too low to pick up all the sound. We’re going to try and go through the channel intro and see if we can save everyone’s speakers lol. Thanks for the support!
I have very good success with Leopold scopes. If my rifles are scoped it's Leopold. My Henry rifles I got the mounts right from Henry. The 3030 and 44 will hit the same holes at50 yes and are just over1 inch at 100. I shoot 170 grn winchester power points factory and 170 Speer hand loads. And 240 grn Montana bullet works hard cast out of the 44 mag. Both my Henry rifles are more than accurate enough to shoot to 150 with the 44 and 200 with the 3030. Henry is a very well made rifle. 😊
It ain't the rifle it's you. Put a leupold.on that rifle. I got a coyote in south Dakota at 206 yards. Che ked by my outfitter with my 3030.and 1-5 Leopold scope. The is no replacement for quality.😊

I have the side gate model and man I love that thing over time I took the brass tube out and ran some metal polish over it and it looks brand new
