Rumor is that at 100%, king cold is as strong as Imperfect cell before his major powerup Mecha Frieza at full power is 160M, as he admits he is stronger than Goku was on Namek but Trunks here was more powerful than Goku was on Namek as well. I believe trunks was at least 200M, which is why Goku has to have a base of at least 6-7 million (ssj would make Goku about 300M) since he took on trunks effortlessly, with trunks using the same move that got Frieza killed. The androids 17 and 18 i think were like 500-600M. Imperfect cell said around the time he met Piccilo, the androids can easily kill him, meaning both 17 and 18.

Basically it is similar to Movie Maker but with lots of features that MM doesn't have. If you wanted to simply edit a video, it's easy and almost the same as MM. But to make movie like this, it requires some time to learn. It might look overwhelming at first, but if you at least have learn the basic to use Sony Vegas then the rest will be easier.
