Bravo! Great video and audio work. Rossini is so theatrical. You cannot help but evoke images in your mind as you watch and listen to his compositions.
Sono ritornato a voi. Niente più della musica avvoltola e scava i pensieri profondi per poi donare forza e serenità. Bravissimi i professori d'orchestra e fervida e luminosa la direzione del direttore. Tra i direttori d'orchestra da me ascoltati per la prima volta, Antonio Puccio sta in posizione altissima nel mio personale rapporto tra la bravura oggettiva del musicista e le notizie che avevo del personaggio prima di vederlo all'opera.
La prima parte do questo pezzo mi ha letteralmente stregato, mai sentita tanta musicalità, avevo le lacrime agli occhi. Non riesco a capacitarmi, allora, di come mai il crescendo finale mi abbia lasciato un po' freddino. Comunque, una scoperta grandissima, sono un po' tornato ai tempi in cui, ascoltando la Terza sinfonia di Schubert diretta da tal Toomas Vavilov musicista estone, avevo trovato (e ne sono ancora convinto) un nuovo Carlos Kleiber.

che dire grande orchestra grande opera ma soprattutto il maestro Antonio Puccio è uno di quei direttori con un carisma eccezionale con un modo di dirigere eccezionale dove anche chi esternamente all'orchestra guarda i suoi gesti capisce moti e andamenti di un brano. grazie maestro! 😃
Dear God if the audience only knew how exhausting this piece is to play and to nail it for a live audience too....they should be on their bloody feet yelling bravo, bravissimo!
LUV this conductor. He's energetic and fun.
I can only imagine what a workout this piece must be. It's a true Orchestra showcase. I'm a guitar player, blues Country old time rock and roll guitar player. I've literally met the guys I'm going to play with at a gig outside the bar. We figure whst we're going to do on the fly and a lot of times the results have been great. But something like this absolutely humbles me.
In the U.S. they standing ovation everything to the point where it is meaningless.

Very good director, full of detail. If he could conduct on microtones, pure just intonation , he would be the greatest of the conductors.

I've listened and watched several orchestras interpretating this piece and nothing compares to this one! It really gave me goosebumps and at a certain point made me cry! I believe this is due to passinon that the maestro passes to the musicians that than magistraly passes to us! Congratulations! Really amazing! You have gained another follower!
