Where did you get an idea like this. Andt knew it was going to work. I love it I am not able to modify my car right now. But modd like these are the type of I can do. Something like this would be perfect. But I'm sure I would never be able to pull this off. It is very impressive! I am going to be sharing this. You can believe that
@TR3BORX III I started this project with an idea of wanting a project car. This jeep was my daily driver. So I decided to use the jeep as the project, started sketching what I wanted it to look like and started from there. Iv been doing fiberglass work for a long time so I know what works and what doesn't, and if it don't work I'll just find a way to fix it. Word of advice, just have fun with it. Measure 10× cut once..lol 🤣👍🏽🤙🏽💯
@Jerry Uy there are other ways of doing this, I just used a way I'm familiar with. I find this way to be easier than a pour foam set-up. But this way will cost you a little more but easy to work with.. thanks for the comment I appreciate it.
My man you are doing great. Thanks for the Videos I discovered you with custom steering wheel videos and workin on my own steering wheel. Now i needed custom bumper tutorial and its you again i am learning from you 👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Great minds think alike. On my 2001 I injected foam into both front fenders. There's just so many air gaps in there that the cabin actually gets breezy. So not only did this foam injection make it more quiet but it also aided in keeping the interior cooler or warmer as the case may be. The voids behind the headlights I also filled being careful of course not to block the air intake on the driver side front. It's worked well and any excess I just cut off with a knife.
Super dope man. Just laid some foam down earlier today to make custom mirrors for my 300zx. Came to yt to watch some peoples techniques and you’re def the best vid I’ve seen!
@Joel Heredia thanks im trying something different. Did you take the time to smash that SUBSCRIBE button? If so I appreciate you!! If not , its free...lol
@G Dub the front bumper took me a while, do to the fax that having a job gets in the way of progress. It took me about 3 weeks to complete start to finish. Waiting on materials and doing the work. In labor time I'll say about a 40hrs worth of time.
@Midnight Mechanics Channel the reason I like loctite foam is, it's a more closed cell foam than greatstuff. Greatstuff tends to get brittle after a while, where loctite stays stronger longer. Better for my clay application.
@Xhuluano Murati lol 😆, that paste is actually automotive Plasticine, it like modleing clay. When heated it turn to a soft paste like, and when it cools, it becomes easy to tool..
@ThirdBayProductions. The clay is a Plasticine Polymer clay. I got it off ebay for around $50 for 5lb. I use the clay just to get cleaner lines how the automotive industry does.

Cool I would like to see how youe project came along.
One can of foam into each front fender. Nice and quiet cabin. Strangely quiet
Will be doing something of such.. since adding panels and foam will make road noise much quieter and cooler.

do you find loctite foam better than the greatstuff brand?
