  • The unboxing of my new scythe. This is going to be a quick tool review of my new scythe. This scythe is not a video game. A scythe is an implement used for mowing grass, grain or other crops and composed of a long curvy blade attached at an angle to a long handle

I have no idea why RUclips blessed me with this video but I’m glad it did. As someone who has to chop through a lot of weeds for work, I’ve often considered a scythe. Now I know what NOT to get. Thanks for the honest review!

You're welcome, glad I could help. The right scythe and learning how to use it can make that job a lot easier. Unfortunately the new scythe in this video was not the one.
      Stay well, Joe

Been some time since I used one. Mostly for tall grass & weeds where I had difficulty using the mower. Then I bough a weed wacker, back in 1977.

Thank you for stopping by. I bought this one to give it a try. I knew it would not be of the same quality due to the picture & price but I did expect a little more.
      Stay well, Joe Z

If you can accidently cut your own foot of with that I probably will. No scythe action for me.
