I use a “group 1” bike as a car replacement and have for about four years now. I own a few and gave one “group2 “ bike. It’s just not the same. I enjoy putting some work in and I don’t have issues from people on bike trails. I think I’m a “group 3”
Good stuff bro! Sold my car years ago to ride e-bikes. I finally built my own that does 60, yet I can ride with the slow pokes on Saturday night rides. LOVE IT!!!
Most people doing reviews for all bikes in the "E" category don't ride them religiously.... lol, meaning they don't have several years of living with & being limited by all the constraints of these bikes. You have ridden more than one type as part of your life & that give you a functional advantage & better understanding concerning all aspects as it relates. Even though I'm not really looking to buy one yet, I come b/c of your experience & the ability to actually compare them at a riders level between two different ebikes. Great job & you're pretty good at the videography as well = real good. peace man
Emotos and dirt bikes are completely different. They use bicycle suspension, have no clutch or transmission. They ride completely different. I really hate it when people call my Talaria a dirt bike. It's not even close.
I hope you do an update video on e bike new kits.I have made the decision to use my favorite mountain bike that has everything I like already.now I need a 35 -40 mph kit for it.I do trust your advice. I have a 36volt 10ah bike and I’m ready to upgrade Thanks!
extra note, there is a pedal kits for most e-moto brands for an extra few hundred it makes the e-motos more law friendly with said kid is around 120, also the kit for working break signals makes most e-motos more street safe for drivers and more law safe, they can be around 120 or more kit wise.
My city told me not to put mirrors or turn signals on my Talaria because that would push it from being an ebike to a motorcycle and then I would need plates and registration. They told me when I ride it on the street to ride like a bicycle. Hand signals, far right side of the road, speed under 30mph.
To me there are 3 categories of e-bikes... An e bicycle... has an adjustable seat.. no adjustable seat is more of an e-moped.. not really designed for pedaling comfortably... And then emoto's
I own a Eahora ebike. Mine does not mention anything legal about mine. I bought one from California, but now serial number is not mentioned from China. I think mine is group 3 from mine going 28 mph. I only try and go on trails at 15 mph or state 16.7 mph. I only wished to drive 45 mph on roads. Thanks for your information.
I have been riding a Talaria XXX for a year now and they really should not be compared to dirt bikes. Ya they have two wheels a saddle and big fenders but they have completely different capabilities. E motos are just very heavy Downhill Mountain Bikes that you don't have to pedal. An eMoto could never tackle a motocross track.
why is 26x4 on all these ebikes? is this what the market demands? or is this just what the manufacturers are shoving down our throats? I ended up selling my 26x4 cause it was just too massive. I often wonder why we don't see emoto sized tires(wheels) on bikes... 16's or 19's instead of 20x4 and 26x4. I also struggle with how the 2 tire sizes are measured differently and compare overall.
Freedom a great buy. Bike is a blast

My mantis x shipped out yesterday excited to get it in and try it out.
How do you like it? I want to save up for one
Great video! It's important to highlight that not every mode of transportation is right for everyone. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
I like them all but mini E moto is probably my favorite for now .
So what are you riding now?
I have four E bikes and always looking to add to my collection. I can’t quit thinking about the Weped F1 and also have my eye on the Spark Javelin
Do I buy E-Ride pro now or wait for Mantis X? I used to race dirtbikes, currently bikeless

You are forgetting e-mopeds look out the looks of 70-80s gas mopeds they had pedals
So did the electric ones remember seeing one in the 2000s lol

What catagory does a stealth bomber ebike fall in? Id assume ebike technically because of the pedals

@1:44 stock image of NOT ebikes... just sayin. Kinda lazy
“Aren’t,” not “arn’t.”
E moto fasho!!!
E-motos or E-dirtbikes.
.. this looks like jersey lol
First comment!!!
I have a e-bike for quite a while I honestly prefer over a car now and considering and getting a motorcycle soon
And they had a 50km/h 31mph top speed
Wellllllll if you take a fat tire ebike and upgraded it they don't have to know right??😊
