I agree with you and I think it's really cool to binge these videos because you see all of these women living healthy full lives and they dont all eat the same diet. It's really looking at what your body needs and what's healthy for you too.
She has to eat a lot in order to keep up with how much she moves. Other people don't need to eat 5 whole meals a day, 3 is enough.

I train capoeira, acrobatics, and calisthenics. I’m a certified diver, and I’m trylingual (not quite fluent Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese😅). Who knew I was unintentionally following the path of a stuntwoman lol

This is so inspiring. I haven't even finished the video and she's already spoken about so much. I am in AWE of her. I am an introvert so it's hard for me to get out of my comfort zone. I enjoy my solitary and prefer to be independent. My husband encouraged me to start my own business and the thought of that just overwhelmed me. But maybe I should just consider it... the best thing you can do is to look after YOURSELF.
If you want to be in the film industry but have no clue what position you are interested in. A great tip is to take a look at all the positions listed in the end credits. It will amaze you how many different jobs there are!
