If it comes down to the last minute in the Fla/Miami game, I’d say Florida will be favored to win for sure.(Unless a Gator player throws a shoe way back down field).

Miami has the better QB, better RB's/WR's, better OL/DL... and that folks is all you need to win a football game. Barring 4 turnovers by Miami, this isn't a close game.
Miami will surprise you, the team had QB and still won 7 games.
You bring in a UF homer to analyze both teams. Brandon was talking down Miami's roster as being portal heavy. Miami's roster is built on 2 top 10 recruiting classes supplemented by portal transfers. His analysis trying to push Miami to the bottom of the Big 3.
Look at the actual rosters. Miami has better proven skill players and better trenches than UF. Go look at the 2023 stats. It's not even close when you look at rushing offense (UM - 44th, UF - 77th), sacks allowed (UM - 19th , UF - 114th), rushing defense (UM - 11th, UF - 79th), pass yards allowed (UM - 55th, UF - 70th), and Total Defense (UM - 24th, UF - 69th). Florida was worse in just about every category. Rushing defense and sacks allowed really stand out.
Who's roster got much better than their opponents for 2024? UF or Miami? Did Florida close the gap on it's 2023 deficiencies? Are they better than their 2023 team? I just don't see a miracle turn around for UF. There are too many areas that need fixing.

I like Brandon’s confidence! However, Canes got this one!! Cam Ward has been good every year and is a STUD! Miami won 7 games and if take the knee the would have won 8. Several of those guys were prize recruits for Mario and will be missed as possible or even likely starters on 8/31. Forget what those of loses say about "culture" and "buy-in" for now. Ward is a new QB in a new system whose main claim to fame as a cane is a big day against a horrible secondary in a cobbled together spring game. Really? FTR, Mario was "hired away" by UM when the writing was already on the wall that the party was about over for him at OU. He was already the butt of jokes from OU fans before his time ended, due largely to more than one game losing gaffe and a perceived failure to develop talent - no matter how much he landed. What's really changed? Meanwhile, Billy has a couple of conference titles as a HC and accolades earned as an assistant in programs like Bama. FTR, The Swamp will be a snake pit and Cam Ward better keep his wits about him when the shit hits the fan in Gainesville. I guarantee that he will never encounter another environment and fan base that is as loud or hates Miami as much as the crowd that awaits him at Florida Field.
