I have been using a Citi Bank credit card for a while. Citi customer care agents never sold or asked anything apart from my queries. Now, agents are asking and forcing to schedule a call for banking products. Also, the assistance and knowledge quality of agents are average. I will be closing my Citi card soon.

I have Citibank rewards credit card since 6 years..after migration in Axis bank we will receive 2 complimentary lounge access per quarter..but I hope as this complementary lounge access so there will be no T&C for taking this benefit on monthly or quarterly spends
