While paying for Income Tax and GST is there any credit card payment charges? Supposed if I pay Tax ₹100 then do I need to pay only 100 or 100+any credit card payment charges?

GST payment is to be done via GST portal itself for 5X
M business owner and my major spend is on electricity bill which is around 2lac pm...which card is most suitable for the same...
