Ingredients of CHRISTMAS APPETIZER 🎀 SALMON AND AVOCADO ROLLS
- 1 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1 chive or sweet onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
CHRISTMAS APPETIZER Instructions 🎀 SALMON AND AVOCADO ROLLS
Avocado preparation:
Chop the tomato and onion into small squares and put it in a bowl.
Peel and pit the avocado. Add it to the bowl with the onion and tomato.
With a fork, mash the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. You can leave it more or less crushed according to your preferences. Booking. Add a splash of lemon juice and finish mixing.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of the rolls:
On a flat surface, place a sheet of plastic wrap, place a slice of smoked salmon and add a little of our avocado mixture on top.
Carefully roll the salmon around the ingredients, forming a roll.

Repeat the process until you have made all the rolls.
