Anakin fell to the dark side and stayed on the path pretty much all his life until Luke came along. Luke was able to face his demons much earlier in his life, and conquer them. He was very close to just becoming the next Vader, but he had the self reflection to realize what he was becoming, and throw his lightsaber away to ensure Palpatine would not turn him. And then there's the whole thing of him becoming a Grandmaster and building a Jedi Order. Luke deserves to win IQ but battle IQ should still go to Anakin.
