Currently reading this book and loving it. I’m so glad you decided to write a book during this period because it’s my favorite point of English history.
Loved the book as I knew I would. Will we get more books in the pillars of the earth series? I dont know where it can be slotted in. I guess there is a 120 yr gap between "the evening and the morning" and "the pillars of the earth" but I guess it needs to have some sort of historical tie, and building a new cathedral in kingsbridge in that span doesn't really seem to be an option either. :)
Just finished his book 'Never' . sadly a very disappointing read as its just a cia propaganda narrative, unlike his other books that are beautifully researched and historical
