Wow, I was going to ask John about the best wifi aerial, but I've been completely distracted by Mandy. One of the strangest things about RUclips is that we know everything about you, but we've never met, but we still feel for you when you're sick. Massive love to you both and I hope everything goes well ❤
John you are doing a terrific job of supporting Mandy, but please take some time to care for yourself (easier said than done) but you need your strength, energy and health for you to get through this and to support Mandy in the future love and prayers

I remember this routine. I used to drop my husband off at the hospital in the morning for his chemo, go to work & then pick him back up & tuck him into bed at home. He’s 17 years clear now. Thinking of you both & sending our love ❤️
Hi Gadget /Mandy we have followed your channel since locking your house sand setting off with Cooper. Our life has taken some heart re twists and turns so like you we both know how you feel. You are two of the most lovely people so chin up crack on and beat this disease I just only hope that one day our paths will cross and we can enjoy an hour or two together. Love you mate Xx

Well done you two, stay strong for each other. I look at the adverts for cancer charity's and it scares me that they say 1 in 2 will get cancer, I get scared when I think, if I don't get it my wife will. Like I say stay strong for each other.

My neighbour, who's undergoing chemo, swears by Liquid IV, a hydration powder that you add to water. It has good flavours and gives you a better boost than plain water.
You only take one per day, so that helps out with the cost.
I am subscribed to Mandy's channel, and didn't know you had one, also.

John please don't think you are a fraud as you are a rock for mandy like bill is for me. We couldn't go through what we are without a bloody good man behind us. I saw you in carpark this week I dud wave but couldn't see in your window lol my eyes are terrible so I couldn't find the right vlog to comment on sorry but just wanted to say your a rock and carry on doing what your doing for mandy as this is such an emotional roller coaster xx

So sorry for what you’re having to go through. There’s no ‘just’ about quite how emotionally and physically draining going in and out of hospital is or how tough not being in control of your lives in any way right now. I hope you can find respite moments together appreciating the beauty of the spring leaves on the trees or in the joy of hearing about something funny your grandson says or does. Praying your body starts to cope differently with all the challenges you’re under and somehow you start to feel better Mandy. I’m sure you’ll have thought of it but Something we tried to help get from one week to the next was If you can both muster the energy to give yourselves little ‘rewards’ to look forward to at the end of the week (a film, a massage, a treat food, a walk/drive in a beautiful place, working on planning a travel for after this tough time or ‘even just’ a cuddle time and a daytime doze….) planning those might help with facing the arduousness of the weeks ahead. Things might have to change but it’s there as a goal to get to each week it’s gotten us through challenging times. Would the hospital put a PICC line in maybe to make taking bloods less difficult I wonder? Sending healing thoughts and Thinking of you both. X
We are both with you both all the way. F*** the negative trash. We are 2nd time around, both widowed. We are making the most of our lives. Off to France tomorrow for our 90 days. Look after each other. ❤❤

Thank you for a lovely update on the situation. Like many others, you are both in my mind, and although there is little practical help I can offer at this time, I hope that some moral support goes someway to boost your spirits. At least the process is underway now, and things must run their course. There will be plenty of summer left to enjoy once the course is completed, so there's much to look forward to. It’s like any operation or treatment, you go into hospital okay, then it’s really painful before recovery happens.

Its a brave thing to do and even though upsetting seeing anyone going through this it's a valuable guide to those who may be earlier in or yet to start the journey.

My heart is breaking for you both knowing the fear in your hearts and trying to show your positivity. Tough drive there daily then treatment then the tough drive home followed by the effects of treatment.
Sorry you’re being hit so hard Mandy and now a hospital stay but it’s best they keep a close eye on you and you get more rest.
Of all the symptoms your body is giving you right now, know that your body is still working as it should to keep you as well as it can. Your body is fighting a lot right now, so if you need to take frequent naps or whatever, do so. Trust what your body is telling you, nothing else matters right now but you.
John take care of yourself too, Mandy needs you more than ever, but you can't be there for her if you're not taking care of yourself too. It's hard seeing the woman you love going through so much, and there being nothing you feel you can do. You're doing everything right ok xx
This is one chapter, it is not the whole story. Keep turning the pages just one by one and the end will come before you know it. You've got this Mandy. Offering a big hug full of love and strength. xx

Thankyou John & Mandy for the update I have been thinking of you all week ….my heart goes out to you both especially you Mandy 🩷 my very best friend had breast cancer and she also suffered as you have during treatment Mandy but 5 years on she has the all clear and says all that shit (although hard at the time) is worth it … sending lots of love to you both and healing prayers Mandy 🥰😘 John you too are amazing 🥰😘
