I binge-watched your HP reading vlogs and am happy to hear that we have the same favorite book and character! That death also felt the hardest for me 💔
I've kept up with the franchise as a whole but actually haven't re-read the books in years to see if my rankings would change now as an adult.
I know you've mentioned that you're not in a rush to watch the movies but if you do decide to watch them in the future, I'd be excited to hear your thoughts on them. You could also then go to the studio tour to experience it yourself. I've only been to the one in Hollywood but it was such a magical experience ✨

I probably will watch them at some point. And I'll share my thoughts when I do. Thank you for watching!!!

Loved the wrap up and getting to hear your thoughts on the series as a whole.
As someone whose favourite book is half blood prince I’m happy to see it end up at number 2 in your final ranking (I even did a little fist pump 😂)
I also really enjoyed following along on your journey with the individual vlogs and I look forward to keeping up to date with anymore reading vlogs/content you make in the future 🙂

Thank you for watching! I had so much fun making the reading vlogs, it’s definitely a type of video I will continue to make in the future. I am so sad these particular ones are over now though.

I read the Harry Potter books myself when I was like 12, a few years before my dad read my sister and I them after dinner and before bed. When I first heard the books I was floored with with twists and turns, then when I read them myself I was still stunned. So if that says anything about my head.
Anyway, I agree about going to Hogwarts, I would have loved to go when I was 11 but looking at it as an adult, nah, I would pull my kid out so quick after the second year! Either way, I am happy that you enjoyed the books! I can't wait to see what else you put out! Your thoughts and such are so interesting to hear about! :3

Thats so lovely that you have those memories of reading them as a child and now as an adult.
Thank you so much for watching these videos. I cannot wait to make and share more bookish content in the future.

Now that you're done with this series. I think you would like the Hogwarts Legacy game. I have it on my switch light, switch oled and ps4. The game actually occurs one hundred years before Harry Potter was born and two years before Dumbledore starts school. It is an open world rpg and you can go at your own pace. I am 62 years old and pre ordered the books as they came out (for my kids) I bought 2 each time. So I could read them before the kids did to make sure they could handle them. (No problem by the way) Getting back to Hogwarts Legacy. All copies of this game are on sale right now, just about everywhere with the downloaded being the least expensive. (Around $20 US) It's a nice way to spend some free time in the winter months. Oh I thought your reading vlog was brilliant.👍Thank you for sharing.

I had heard about the game prior to reading the series but obviously at the time, i had no interest. Maybe I will have a look into it and see how I feel. Maybe I could get it for my switch or something? Thank you for watching!!

How curious how very curious we have the same two books ranked in our personal top two favourites. However I prefer Half-Blood Prince and would have that as number one and Prisoner of Azkaban as number two, having said this I definitely would have had Prisoner of Azkaban ranked as number one a few years ago. The Dementors are an intriguing, horrible and horrifying part of the book never feeling cheerful again and the idea of being worse than dead when they give you the Kiss and suck out your soul. I love the plot twist that Sirius Black is innocent and the Map in general and the four friends minus Wormtail were great to read about and the cowardly traitor he is makes me hate him more than Voldemort as he gave up his own friends to the Dark Lord. I love Lupin’s Defence Against the Dark Arts lessons. Half-Blood Prince I have begun to appreciate more as I have got older as it is more mature than most if not all the other books. I love learning about Voldemort’s past through the memories in the Pensieve, though I don’t like Snape I believe he and Draco are really written very well in this book, Dumbledore and Harry’s relationship in this book makes me smile and lastly the growing romance between Harry and Ginny I love unlike a lot of the fandom, plus the creation of the Inferi which is interesting.

Both Prisoner of Azkaban and Half Blood Prince I think were the two books I managed to guess the most plot points as I read the books and I think thats why I enjoyed them because I enjoyed trying to figure points out as I went. Sirius Black was my favourite character of the series I think. I remembered after editing the video I also figured the time turner plot with harry at the lake when Harry thought he saw his dad but it was actually him.

@@itsgem__ yeah I have always liked Sirius. The three chapters I have fun reading the most are Spinner’s End, The House of Gaunt and Sectumsempra. Which are your favourite chapters if you have any of course and which Deathly Hallow is your favourite? I would say the Resurrection Stone for myself personally

I don’t know if I have a favourite deathly hallows. Ive not really thought about it. I was going to include my favourite chapters from each book in this video but cut them out because the video was getting WAY TOO LONG!
