Definitely one of the best theme parks in the world. They have won most beautiful theme park in the world from the golden ticket awards for so many years in a row it's ridiculous. This park has the total package: great theming, beautiful environment, great food choices you don't see at other parks, and of course excellent rides. Most of us here in Virginia feel very fortunate that we have such a park in our state.
Chris Darling If it's in the Unites States, the best non-Disney/Universal park, but if you're looking at more of a worldwide spectrum, I personally think phantasialand is the best non-Disney/Universal there is.
I've been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg 5 times in the past 15 years, I keep going back, you have to spend 2 or 3 days here, and at least one in Colonial Williamsburg and one in NorFolk at the naval museum for sure. Never get tired of it.
Busch gardens is and probably always will be one of my favorite parks. Each coaster there is unique offering something a little different than the last. The food is good and the Park is beautiful.

I live in North Eastern Maryland so I am right in the middle of 2 Six Flags Parks and Hershey Park but I always consider Busch Gardens my favorite. It has an atmosphere that those other parks just don't have. Every few years I try and plan a trip near Richmond just so I can visit that park and also hit up Kings Dominion. Busch Gardens always is special though.

I went during Howl-O-Scream in 2012 and had a blast! Hopefully I can go again, but I live in Wisconsin so it's hard to get down there. I got a Halloween Pumpkin Lanyard and I lost it! So I'm going to try to go back and get that again.
Alpengeist is ruff but it’s due to the snappy transitions and it Dosent help that the height causes a lot of speed creating head banging and going through those snappy transitions will bang your head and it’s older so it has a bad rattle but I like it it’s fun and intense

Meanwhile, a park like Cedar Point is drawing 3,604,000 as of 2016. Good to see they're doing craft beer. I'm an IPA fan myself visiting local taprooms. Beer fans know what all the stuff on the board means. It's the beer name, state where it comes from, the alcohol volume, and the IBU (Bitterness Level). The bitterness is used to mask the alcohol taste. Strong or even double IPA will have a high IBU score. These beers cost more because they require more ingredients. The Busch/Seaworld parks should do away with all In-Bev brands and team up with local breweries. In the past, people got the free beer samples (small buzz) and that made them happy. Now that's gone and the attendance has dropped across the board. With no major company backing the parks, they've dropped in attendance.

Celtic Fyre is one of the best, if not THE best, theme park shows in the country. The talent is beautiful and the show has energy from start to finish. Even folks who don't usually like shows rave about it.

And don't even get me started with escape of Pompeii, it's pretty hot in there cause there's fire in there, but when u scream on the drop ur adredaline pumps so fast and for me it felt like I didn't remember what happened. But the point is, it's worth the drive to get there.
Best park in the US (better than Disney) and by far waaaay better than Kings Dominion up the road. Beauty, rides, food quality all top notch. Too bad they no longer have the amazing Broadway style shows that Busch was famous for.

Coaster Fair trust me when i tell you this, BUSCH GARDENS IS A MUCH BETTER PARK! Its on a way higher level. Kings dominion has a couple great rides but alot of bad ones and the park looks like trash in comparison to Busch Gardens
In my opinion, if you have short lines for every ride and you've rode everything within half of the day both of the parks rides can get pretty old. But Busch gardens has better theming and is much cleaner than Kings Dominion. But I still like Kings Dominion better just because it's the park I go to most. But that's just my opinion 😄
