I do not wear anything that does not naturally come with my presence. I just take care of my hair, nails and skin through natural self-care. Even if were to buy cosmetics, why would I entrust my skin to people who time and time again have shown that they do not care about black people?!
Nope I don't feel offended, they are just obsessed with black folks. I thank God for creating black because I have people who are obsessed with me and can't get enough of me. They know we have beautiful skin but they don't want to admit it.
For generations some black people here and even in Africa would go to extremes to look lighter skinned than they naturally are. If the same black people wanted to look darker than they naturally are, why would it be offensive?
So why aren’t BW mad and complaining about skin Bleach that makes them unnaturally whiter, or blonde weaves & blue contacts etc. Why only when it’s making them darker. There is a popular African model ‘Nyakim Gatwech’ who is almost that dark & ppl comment how beautiful she is. What’s wrong with imitating her beauty now ? 👀
The same reason a white person can't wear this shade. It's not their color. No one is black with a grey undertone. Why haven't we seen Nyakim, or even Nyma Tang, do a makeup tutorial with this? Because it was a poorly though out product, but feel free to buy it and paint your face with it I guess 🤷🏿♀️
We should stop worrying about what other races think of us. I don't give the b. s. any power and I am so not offended. We should all learn to love and accept ourselves. Stop allowing others to define us because it should always be, how we see ourselves. If this affects your self -esteem as a melanated person, you've got some work to do. Remember, people who hate ,has a problem with themselves, it's not about you , it's about them needing to face their own shadow and the truth about themselves. There are other companies to shop with.
The product was jet ink black, not Dark skinned. Basically the productors messed up the right color on the fondation, which makes her look more like a black face character

Son 1:5 I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon. 🤔🤔❓ Son 1:6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept. 💯
This is so offensive on so many levels … it so shameful and disrespectful. How do they think this product was appropriate for us? I am so upset seeing this product and this company should know better … 👎🏽👎🏾👎🏿
Then don't buy it! You all have put this product and company on the free advertising publicity map! Real smart! NOT! Why can't you act like adults and not like children? Ignore it and keep it moving!🤡🌏
I am African and I have NEVER seen anyone with a black skin that is actually black ! We have a dark brown skin which is still brown. If you dilute the shade they made you will get gray. That’s ridiculous
Can't believe I have to explain this, on this channel. Our skin is not black. Its in different shades of brown from light to dark. no one has jet black dark skin with zero undertones. The foundation is jet black
@@traumaqueeen so basically nobody will buy it, and the product will disappear. Once again I don’t see the problem with this dark color as I don’t see the problem with lighter colors.
This is why I only wear black owned makeup brands.
The same people who complain about this will put on a blonde wig.
and blue contact lenses
My exact sentiment! The wigs, and don't forget about the guys with the long "down your back" extensions!
Look at this white person on here trying to tell us what's wrong with us stay out of black people's business 🤷🏽
