    These are gorgeous❤ and if I can end up making them properly I’m wearing them the next time i go out 😃. I’ve never crocheted clothes before so I’m excited. I do have a question: How do you keep the first row from twisting up? (I’ve tried multiple times [the way you did in the video] and every time when I finish doing the double crochet it’s all twisted and I start over😭).

    • @ladensercrochets
      @ladensercrochets  10 дней назад +1

      That's a tricky question coz I can tell or see how twisted it is. If its twisted just a little you can try ignoring the twist a completing the row while slightly twisted. Omg I wish I could show you that coz I feel like I'm confusing you more. I'll try doing a video to explain that

    Thanks so much for sharing this, I love the pants! I'm just getting close to the bottom of my first leg. If the bell width is where I like it, do I have to keep increasing or can I just do the regular stitches for the last 6 inches? Thanks

    • @ladensercrochets

      You can work without increasing once you've gotten to your desired width

    I'm trying to make these right now and I got all the ay down to where the legs would start but they don't fit and won't go over my butt and thights? The waist is perfect and the waist fits but I can't pull them up to my waist. Idk what I'm doing wrong.

    • @ladensercrochets
      @ladensercrochets  2 месяца назад

      Your starting chain should represent the hip measurement and not the waist measurement. You should also consider your thing measurements

    @ladensercrochets9143 Question !! When working bigger or smaller sizes for the flare will it always be 5 stitches then 1 increase another 5 stitches and so on?

  • @Ttmyaaa
    @Ttmyaaa Год назад +1

    Heyyy I really liked how your pants came out and I was following your tutorial to see if I can make them and I’m the beginning after the 5 chains in the beginning you said do 50 more chains but I ended up doing 65 because when I measured the 55 it didn’t come up the length in the video. Now I’m at the first tie off after doing the 13 rows and I still have 65 stitches where you have 120; I’m just confused on where I went wrong 😬 Can you help me out?

    • @Ttmyaaa
      @Ttmyaaa Год назад

      Btw I couldn’t find my 4mm hook so I’m using my 4.5mm hook and medium size yarn

    • @ladensercrochets
      @ladensercrochets  Год назад

      The starting chain is 120 which should be equal to your hip measurements

    • @kaylagrimes7052

      And how did you bring it together

    • @B00GH0STIE
      @B00GH0STIE 4 месяца назад

      You chain a starting chain that is half your waist size when the chain is stretched out. The number depends on your measurements for the amount you need. The chain is attached together with a slip stitch to start working in the round

    So should we measure our hips all around first? Then divide that by 2? Then chain whatever until you get that half number? So confused. Say if a persons hips are 52 all around, then what’s next thing to do? Are you saying chain 50 or 15? Whewww Thank you ❤
