Middle school was just a bunch of confused half-teenagers learning pointless stuff from teachers, as well as descovering the cruel world of social order and hierarchy.
once my teacher told me to put name tags on everyones books whilst we were writing down the date and title so i did and i sat down and she was like "iM GoNnA ChECk If yOu AlL wRoTe DoWn thE DaTe aNd TItle BEcaUse YoUvE hAd LonG EnoUgh AnD iF YoU DonT hAvE iT DoWn Ur StAyiNg BeHinD aT BreAk" so she came up to me and wad like "y didnt u do it" and i was like u told me to put the name stickers on their books and she was like "NO I DIDNT I TOLD U TO GIVE IT TO THEM NOT TO STICK IT ON" so umm i missed my entire lunch and the headteacher came in and shook his head at me and the rest of the ppl there (mostly the bad behaved ones so there was only like 5 of us) like that teacher HATED me for some reason like i got bullied and cried every lesson but she was like 👁️👄👁️ and walked away but if someone had a problem w me yk I'd get in trouble. also she made me stay behind for NO reason like is that even allowed. sometimes i see her on the street cause we live close and she just smiles and waves enthusiastically and i just stare at her like 😑
@@nytro_btw8219 me too lmao then she praised some kid who had the same answer as me and gave him a star of the hour (idk if u have thay but basically the best student of the lesson) just for answering it and we had THE SAME ANSWER (it was right btw she asked what name is in spanish and we both answered nombre)
Minecraft was so big at my elementary school, the staff made posters and shirts that mixed Minecraft with learning. My principal wore a Steve costume at an assembly once.
You want to know a trend at my school? Trying to touch the top of the doorway. This can drive someone like me insane. especially when your seat is RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOORWAY.
When i did it in elementery schOol the teacher the principle walked by and was supposed to go to recess she tELlS mY teacher and im Like fuck u and MY Teacher goes in the snappest way why were u ruNNIng how do u think others feel about that like me having the principle come up to me im like its your jod u get paid for that
fortnite isnt awful u guys r just hate bandwagoning because its popular u dont have to like it but no one is going to care or listen to you if u say fortnite sucks
As a high schooler, I can definitely say 8th grade is the easiest year. 6th grade was an INSANE amount of coloring homework and I ALWAYS have to go above and beyond because it's my passion, which caused me to stay up as late as 4 A.M. some nights. This became a regular habit of mine. There was so much drama during lunch to the point I would eat my lunch in bathroom stalls to avoid people, which sounds unrealistic. During 7th grade, I can honestly say this was the hardest year. I found out people were using me because I was a "pushover," "too kind," "easy to manipulate" so my 'friend' had me buy her $7 worth of lunch *_everyday_* for most of the year. When I realized what people were doing I spent my lunch in my math classroom, never talking, just eating. If I would see my 'friend' outside I would literally hide under the desk. I had to explain everything to the teacher, and he let me spend my lunch there. This became a game of hide and seek. They had *just* introduced common core in math, and as an *INSANE* math lover, I _absolutely_ *_hated_* -despised- common core math, and so did my teacher which made it harder to learn. Anything social studies related was never my strong suit, and as soon as I stepped into my Geography class, I knew this was going to be the worst year of my life. I would *never,* not even for $100,000, go back. Ever. I hated it. The way the teacher taught everything one way. Expected us all to learn the same way. It didn't work for me. I got a B in his class once and constantly failed tests. (That's very unusual for me btw, I'm a straight A student). I was constantly under pressure in that class with projects, brochures, maps, something different due every week. It got to the point where I begged my parents to stay home so I could finish an assignment and not have it be late, as I was already not doing so well. Math was, and is, my strongest subject, and even then the highest grade I got was an A-. I would usually end up with a B+, and 89 average which is ALMOST an A-, but I could never make it. The teacher's teaching skills were a bit too raised for the minds of 12 year olds. I felt defeated. I felt stupid. I had never been at such a low point in my life, and kids made fun of me as soon as they realized I wasn't the "smart one" anymore, because I got B's. 7th grade passed, and then I got to 8th grade. Wow. Test were definitely more challenging but there was SO much less homework. It was like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I felt happy once again, and I was actually motivated. 8th grade went by quickly, got all A's both semesters, but I will admit U.S. History was a challenge as Social Studies is my weakest subject AND I've never been to the U.S. so I know nothing about their country. Nonetheless, it was one of the funniest years of my life, and the most productive too because teachers weren't overdoing it as much. I met 3 true friends in 8th grade, and I am proud to say they are still my best friends to this day. I have another best friend I met in 4th grade, and we've known each other for what feels like forever. I love them all dearly, and I am proud to say I'm at one of the happiest points in my life. Middle School was truly a long and hard journey, but also an unforgettable one. Every school year has ups and downs, and I am glad to say this next sentence. I survived Middle School. Simple, yet so true and meaningful. Enjoy Middle School as much as you can because some of my best memories do come from there. ❤️
Miles Rose - No, I meant I've always been a straight 'A' student BEFORE I got the 'B,' so I was saying it was very unusual for me to get anything other than an 'A.' I'm still a straight 'A' student and the 'B' was because the teacher's teaching skills were too advanced for me and all of the other classes. It wasn't the student's faults for getting the 'B.' The only other time I might have gotten 'B's' was when I first started learning English because I didn't speak it, and as a result I didn't do well on the tests. But other than that, I've always gotten 'A's.'
Vanka W. I got to agree with u on everything u said. 6th was a weird year for me, 7th grade was the worse year for me because people kept making racist jokes about my skin color, and all my classmates were dicks towards most teachers, expect for a few. 8th grade was THE BEST, I got along with everybody in my grade, I tried out many clubs and liked it, I had so many good student to teacher relationships. I got an A B honorale for both semesters, and etc. I also realized a few girls liked me because of the way they behaved towards me. I'm pumped for highschool, as I'm looking forward to push through it. I shall have all my teachers know that I'm not an annoying student to deal with. I don't follow stupid trends, and I shall ignore all stupid things said to be, but defend myself when needed. *I WILL SURIVIE HIGHSCHOOL!!*
It was my parents dying wish before they passed You’re an orphan? Of course!! I’m an orphan!! God I wish there was a war that could prove that we’re more than anyone bargained for! Can I buy you a drink? That would be nice While we’re at it let me offer you some free advise..... You know the drill
middle school isnt all that bad honestly. as long as you focus on your studies and get along with a couple teachers and have a few close friends, thats good. heres some advice from someone going into 8th grade: - DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT TRY TO GET A HIGHER SOCIAL STATUS. i know popularity matters and etc, but the more popularity you do have tend to end up as a bad image around you, especially since snakes pretty much lives in middle school. just find your small group of friends and avoid drama. - bullying is an issue and the classic advice is to “tell a teacher”. as for me, my advice would be to snap back at them to get them to stop. telling an adult may result in even more drama. of course, don't hurt anybody or say something truly disrespectful. just get them to understand that you arent in their control. honestly,, middle school is based on yourself. if you mess with the wrong guys, you get a bad image. thats how it works
You are so right. I am finally leaving that hellhole known as Middle School in June. The place that gave me the worst bone-shattering 3 years of my life from 6th Grade to 7th Grade to 8th Grade (2017-2020)
My middle school was 7th - 8th (2018 - 2020 for me), and I heard that high school will be 10x worse. And for me, 8th grade was the absolute worst year of hell, aka middle school. I guess 13 can be unlucky after all when it comes to someone's age.
@@iiWynn Don't worry, because hell will be over eventually. I will be honest, 8th grade is absolute hell, and you're gonna be miserable and unhappy (possibly even depressed), but just remember that life's gonna get better one day.
Yeah, middle school can be hard if you don't get with the program quickly. You were just in elementary like 15 mins ago and everything had changed, from your friends, your teachers, and even your own behaviours. But that is all perfectly normal, dont worry. Middle school isn't nearly bad as highschool
Diego S middle school is aids. The social hierarchy is depressing and there is always a similar formula to each middle school. There is always a short funny kid.
@@diegos8680 For me, I luckily didn't lose any friends in middle school, and only gained new friends while hanging out with my old ones from elementary school.
I just Graduated from Middle School. I hated it. I cried every day from the bullying and all of the homework. I'm not rich, I'm not "skinny", and I'm not popular so my life at middle school sucked. I was very artistic and all of the teachers liked me, so students would exploit my flaws and use them to bring me to such a low level. I was already going through so much from my Grandfather dying in 6th Grade to everyone moving out of state to my granny in and out of the hospital. I became depressed and anxiety flowed through me like a hurricane. I barely passed 8th Grade with acceptable grades, but I found coping mechanisms and at least I'm on a road to recovery. And after all of the darkness, the President of my high school came and gave me his tie before he leaves this summer. It was such a pleasure and I cried with joy. Something I haven't done in so long. To those in middle school and are suffering, things WILL get better. I believe in you and you will succeed in life in ways unimaginable. Good Luck and Have the Best Day Ever.
In middle school right now, and said “Tiktok is cancer” to my advisory class. And that’s how I started the Band Room war between the Cringelords in training and me and my buddies
SuperHankinsBros It was forced into a truce when my teacher stepped in. He told me “people can do what they like, it shouldn’t be other people’s problem” But he did tell me on the side he agreed with my statement, so I’ll take it as a win
middle school is what i thought high school would be like lmao everyone’s trying to act cool and the teachers say they’re “preparing you for high school” but in reality, high school is the most chill place lmaoo. high school is what happens when everyone gets tired from trying so hard in middle school so they just smoke weed and do their work🤷🏾♀️
That was a trend when i was in elementary school. I don’t know why everyone loved them. They gave everyone frikin rashes. I remember when they got recalled. I didn’t rejoice but i remember i didn’t know what recall meant and my friend told me what it meant and I asked why and he told me it was because the rashes and i was like “huh. That makes sense.”
When I was in elementary, I kid you not, one of my teachers stole money from the school and used it on drugs... she has an overdose... she was fired...
Tips for people starting middle school (I just Graduated Middle school, and I will be starting HS soon.): 1. Maintain good hygiene and WEAR DEODARANT. People wouldn’t want to hang out with you, and girls/guys you want to date will not want to date you if you are smelling like a skunk. I didn’t wear deodarant, and I had anxiety about it when someone commented on it in 7th grade. Also comb you hair, Brush your teeth, and take a shower every 1-2 days. 2. Also, Don’t spray axe EVERYWHERE in the LOCKER ROOM. It smells like ass. (I’m talking to you, 7th grade boys.) Don’t even use a deodorant spray. I recommend deodorant sticks like Gillette (Gel) or Old Spice. And don’t only use Cologne or Perfume damn it. The mixed smells of sweat and perfume/cologne doesn’t smell great. 3. Please, don’t react when people say s**t to you. That was a mistake I made. I dealt with hell in PE, and was tormented/annoyed for a year in 7th grade. Please don’t make a big deal out of it. 4. Don’t send nudes to other people. You are underaged and nobody wants to see your shrimp or your A cups. You could get arrested because it is considered child pornography. 5. Please, turn in your assignments in early or on time/Don’t procrastinate. PLEASE. 6. Talk with your teachers if you are having trouble, with assignments, or if you were bullied/assaulted/etc. 7. If you tell your teachers about problems with bullying, it’s not “snitching.” Snitching is telling on someone for saying a curse word (unless it was in offensive context) or chewing gum. 8. PLEASE DONT BE RACIST/HOMOPHOBIC/ETC. PLEASE. depending on where you are from, it can be bad. If you are racist towards someone in my school, you will get cancelled/beat up. 9. Please treat everyone the way you want to be treated. 10. If somebody picks a fight with you, then try not to escalate it. You are the victim if the other side throws the first punch, so it will be self defense if you fight back. 11. Please don’t block the hallways like standing in the middle. (Applies to All Indoor Campuses/some outdoor campuses) 12. PLEASE DON’T DO DRUGS/DRINK BOOZE/VAPE. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT SOONER OR LATER, YOU MORON. 13. Carry Pencils/Pens/Highlighters/Feminine Hygiene products/Deodarant/Bandaids at all times. It’s convenient when you don’t have to borrow pencils all the time. 14. (For my Choir Peeps, or anybody in the music department.) Take your music home with you during breaks to practice. And practice to improve your skills.
In sixth grade, I needed new glasses since my old ones were breaking. I could not see what the teacher wrote on the board, and it was a word I never heard before. Since I couldn’t see the board, I asked if I can move up. Her exact words were “Why don’t you listen to the words coming out of my mouth!” Mind you, she did not spell it out, so if anything, she needs to listen to the words coming out of my mouth. In the end, my mom found out because this class was at the end of the day and 6th grade me was a crybaby. That teacher got a lecture from the administrators.
As a former 8th grader (im now going to high school) I'm just going to say to all the 6th graders.. Middle school is going to suck. Really bad. You're in puberty, and school is really tough on you. It's terrible, and most of you are going to become depressed. But my only advice to give is try to keep your mental stability up, like finding a cool hobby or hanging out with (not fake) friends. It will not keep you from being totally stable, but you might not get it as hard. And, the works (imo) not that hard it'll only be hard if you make it out that way and are slacking off. Just do the work, and your life will be easier. There.
I wish I had this advice when I started 7th grade in August 2018, and as a fellow former 8th grader, I can confirm this is 100% true, and for me, 8th grade was the depression year. I'm just glad to be out of the hellhole called middle school.
As someone who just graduated from 8th grade this year and is an incoming freshman, yes middle school was hell. It was a bunch of evolving 10-11 year olds starting to learn about curse words, people trying to act cool, and learning about this cool thing called mental breakdowns! The female species were scary when they were jealous of something or someone, while a lot of the male species would constantly make jokes about dirty stuff and about 69, so in conclusion, I really hope highschool is a lot better. (I’ve heard from older cousins saying it’s better, so slightly higher hopes)
Fellow incoming freshman here (class of 2024), and 8th grade was my worst year of middle school (aka hell). I really hope high school is better. And yes, I've had to learn the hard way about mental breakdowns, since I've had a few in 8th grade.
Middle School for me was terrible in 6th, Great in 7th, Decent in 8th. Middle School is just a first dose of true reality til you get to high school if i can think of it. Kids are tryna act from the block from the hood which in reality there just making themselves a fool from the neighborhood. The weird thing i had in Middle was we had to do online in Late 6th and Late 7th from when COVID was a larger then a big deal of it. (it still is though, just not as much as a larger big deal, but still, its a big deal to have it). Middle School will be good/bad/weird/etc. in your views later on with life. Its all I have to say.
NGL Middle school, the entire time there was like atleast 99% of people talking in my Advanced Social Studies class and we were literally the only class behind. Middle school is kinda crud honestly
I was walking towards the lunch room I slipped on a puddle The whole lunchroom turned and stared at me I’m now traumatized and I want to switch schools
They'll forget it, it's not something that will forever be remembered. It's sort of like when in middle school I had somebody sit next to me and they decided to shake their milk whilst it was open, it spilled all over her. Nobody remembered that cause it was 2 years ago in the seventh grade.
Antarctica Countryball I’m going into my second year of middle school. 6th grade was actually one of my better years, just don’t get caught up in the drama, don’t get on the teachers bad side(Trust me, from experience you really don’t want to)and you will be okay.
In middle school I had a teacher and one time I had a stuffy nose and I blew my nose and left the tissue on my desk and forgot about(btw no snot came out so it was a clean tissue on the desk)and then after class I go to my fifth class and I’m just doing my work and my teacher gets a call it was my fourth class teacher and she called my teacher to tell him I left a clean tissue on my desk and didn’t clean it up so I went back to that class and before I left she stopped me and said in front of the whole class she said “shame on you”which then was confused but she looked red like a pepper so I left fast
I once had a substitute teacher in for my science, and she hated our class almost instantly cuz we wouldn’t stop talking, which is pretty common. So we were doing some assignment and this girl who hadn’t done anything the whole time asked to go to the bathroom, and the substitute wouldn’t let her because, as she said, “Going to be the bathroom is a privilege.” Almost laughed out loud right then and there.
As English isn't my main language our English class was easy even tho everyone exept me and 1 friend knew English and I renember on 5 classes during 7th grade I corrected her she looked in the dictionary and told me that I WAS RIGHT and she graduated college plus became a teacher and I was a 13yr old kid that didn't give a fk bout education
Every middle school class has The smart Asian The athletes The asshole The introverts The gamers The anoying one That kid that dates High Schoolers The quiet kid The kid the teacher hates The emo And the girls
My 6th grade year of middle school was not as bad as I thought it would be. It was actually pretty fun. The rest of middle school was a piece of cake. Just focus on your work and focus on HYGIENE or they'll kill you.
everyone back in my middle school was stupid bc in 8th grade no one knew how to divide or multiply so i just slept in class and 6-8th grade was SO EASYY
Idk what all the hype ab middle school is? Nearly done w it and 6th grade was one of the easiest years I’ve had. Just hang out with good people, do your homework, and don’t be stupid. 7th grade is fine, 8th grade is mostly when half the grade does drugs and everyone realizes where they’re splitting paths with their friends.
As somebody about to enter her final year of middle school, I absolutely cannot wait for it to be over. Middle school is always really stupid, not only being surrounded by stupid kids but stupid teachers as well. One of the worst things I always hated about last year was one of our really dumb teachers who happened to be teaching math, my worst and least favorite subject (yay learning) would do this thing where he didn't do anything for a day while kids, normally the stuck up "smart" type would have to lead a group and basically teach for a day. These kids were given too much power and I was always kicked out of class for spending too long on a problem or doodling on a worksheet because art kid. It was almost worse when it was mine, or any other quote un-quote "dumb kid" has to lead the project because these suck up "smart" kids would try to lead the group and take charge and correct us, which was a pretty dickish thing to do. This was in a regular math class mind you, so these kids had no right to act superior over everyone else (these kids made up much of my math class, so it was always really shitty, in addition to it being the class right before lunch) so yeah... We also had the usual PE tryhards, white kids saying the N-word, shitty busses, the usual, but I think this class will stick out as one of the worst and most memorable parts of my middle school experience.
The part about middle school that really sticks out to me was 8th grade (especially August 2019- March 2020), because a lot of major things have happened to me and my world, as well as the personal hell of October 2019- March 2020 (until Friday the 13th), where I was rarely happy. I had hit rock bottom in February 2020, where my emotions were at an all time low, and I didn't feel like doing anything. I'm glad I left the hellhole known as middle school forever.
I don't remember anything from middle school. No awkward stories, no crazy teachers. It was just... normal. I actually really enjoyed how peaceful it was
In 6th grade, my family moved to a new school district for the second semester. For me, I spent the rest of the school year in elementary school. The district had overcrowding issues in the past with the middle schools and decided to hold the 6th graders in the elementary schools prevent it.
Came here just to see if I can somewhat related to this. I'm going into highschool with an anticlimactic ending for middle school. I'm just here to say middle school wasn't all that bad for me, I didn't get into much trouble with the children there. I had my friends within my period and that's how it went. Not once have I gotten into a full fledged fight throughout my time in middle school it was somewhat fun in 7th, boring in 6th, and 8th was kinda enjoyable, after summer I'm finally freshman..I'm scared
For me, 8th grade was the absolute worst, and my mental health had yeeted itself out the window in like September or October 2019 or something, and has actually improved for me since Friday the 13th, aka my last year of the hellhole that 8th grade was for me, and I'm not ready to be a high school freshman in August, because I heard the next 4 years will also suck.
Middle school was... interesting. My advice for the kids going into middle school watching this is to keep an open mind, and just go with the flow! The best way to learn is by experience! Good luck!
I'm happy to get into highschool because I can finally wear athletic shorts and tank tops. My middle school didn't even allow people to wear nike hoodies if the logo was too big
For me, 6th grade was decent, but cut short due to the pandemic. 7th grade was trash because it was all virtual. And 8th grade was the best year of my life. Senior of middle school. Now I’m in high school.. and I guess it’s alright so far
I hated middle school even though I never really remembered what happened there. The only thing I completely remember was that all tge school dances were HORRIBLE. You couldn’t leave in the middle of it, all the lights were on during it, It began right after school and all the snacks cost like $5
When I was a freshman in high school I know it’s not middle school but two of my favorite social studies teachers had a ...freaking light saber battle in the middle of the hall way. I only saw videos but I wish I was there . And I made a meme of my social studies teacher and I didn’t expect it to blow up so I blindly put it up on instagram but it got around and my teacher pulled me aside and showed me the meme and he said very seriously, “did you make this?” And I hesitantly said yes and after what felt like forever of tension rising he joked and said it was the funniest thing he ever saw and he thanked me. He put it up on the board for the bell work and so did my other social studies teacher. That was probably the best day of my 8th grade life. I still have the meme to this day....
My middle school for drama is literally on the high school level. To the point where I am concerned. Forward sample if there hasn't been a flight in two weeks you will literately hear people complaining.
This is literally the wrirdest thing ever bcuz i was just shaving the stache off my face and cut myself and tgrew a spongebob bandaid on the shit and its literally in the video
My math teacher in 6th grade hated me and a group of other kids for no reason Like she would make fun of us if we didn’t understand something or would just call our parents just cause we didn’t understand what she said cause she talks really fast and doesn’t leave the notes long enough to write it down The thing was this teacher was my older sisters teacher when she was in middle school except she would teach social studies So my parents knew how she was already There was a couple times she was nice to us but I always tried being nice to her so I don’t get in trouble seeing how many kids she sent to the office ALSO she gave us this packet one day that we had to work on over the week and I decided to work on it during my gym class but o lost it and I tried looking for it but they threw it away and I tried explaining to her but she just said “you’re getting a zero on this cause you’re being irresponsible and not focusing” or something along the lines of that The only reason I didn’t fail that class cause I had to teach myself everything on my own or my friends tried helping me
Middle school is the most awkward years of your life. Hormones out of control, the awkward height difference in girls and boys, the wanting to act grown people, and just the overall environment is very weird. But in the end, it’s an interesting experience. You see each other grow and never talk to each other after entering high school. Enjoy it, it’s the last years you’ll be able to slack off in class (not saying that school work isn’t important please do your work). You’ll probably meet a great friend who’ll stick with you in the long run.
My years of middle were pretty bad but at least I became a better person and started to understand myself and the world around me as the years progressed so that’s good, I guess. When I think back about those times I feel so embarrassed. Lil old me was clueless!
My school system has Elementary, INTERMEDIATE, middle and High, for literally no reason at all, I HATED intermediate (5th-6th grade), every teacher wanted my head on a silver platter, I’m going into 8th grade, and 7th grade I know was torture fro some people, but I had it good cause I was in a special class, all my classes were small and nobody really cared about anything, yeah there were the few kids who hated me, but just ignored them and they never came back, and my literacy teacher had a nintendo Switch....played a few games of MarioKart
In 5th grade I accidentally started a trend by playing a game called cookie clicker and after awhile people started getting addicted to it to the point where if you were caught playing it even in free periods you got automatic i.s.s
The_Grim _Gamer I’ve been a freshman for 3 weeks and it is so relieving. Though the upper class men blame you for everything and treat you like a little kid.
I’m in 8th grade and I have 5 more months of school. 5 more months of pure torture. Your teacher is one of mine.. I HATE HER SO MUCH! For the most part I have awesome and cool teachers, but there’s always that one TERMINATOR.
My middle school is actually really cool, but there is one teacher I absolutely HATE. She really only likes the popular kids and only helps them, while all the other kids that actually NEED help (me) just sit there without having a clue. She sometimes help us, but it is rare
I go to a very strict school, you can only wear a certain colored shirt with pants that can't be too tight. You can't express yourself in any form or way so theres not really any trends. I'm thankful to say the least. (It's not a middle school it's for k-12th but eh)
I'm in first year, and... awwwk...It. Is. TORTURE. I just need to get this off my chest. Theres a teacher let's just call her, Miss Helen. Once a class mates mother died and she wore a necklace that belonged to her and in our school were not alowed to wear any jewelry (I know its dumb) and every teacher was fine with her wearing it! But when it came to miss Helen... oh OF COURSE NOT she has to point that out and even when she explained her mums death and about the necklace she still yells at her to take it off. She screams at us EVERY HISTORY PERIOD. I pray for NO ONE to have a teacher like miss Helen.. I'm surprised she hasn't caused some serious damage to any teens in our school yet.😣
My brother had prank wars in his classroom and no teacher knew about and they took it way to far and one guy got slime put it all over the seats and backpacks and somehow the whole class and the whole grade got in trouble. 👍
I wish had it this way. My 6th grade year (in middle school) was way crazier. I was going to the locker room to get ready for P.E. and it smelled so bad, it turned out that the girls in the last class were smoking! And there were a lot of fights. But there were so many kids surrounding the fights that I never saw one myself, all I remember is seeing a big circle of kids and thinking "yup thats a fight i'm out".
Tbh my middle school is great. There are like 65 students (half 7th and half 8th graders). No popular kids or bullying. The teachers actually care about their students. And our building looks like a barn :>
Middle school was just a bunch of confused half-teenagers learning pointless stuff from teachers, as well as descovering the cruel world of social order and hierarchy.
Skiboy u couldn’t have said it any better
Also Pre-Calculus which is the absolute shits after multiplication in elementary
Yep, and I'm going through it
High school is accepting the unfortunate truth that life sucks and it will continue to suck for the rest of your time on earth.
tbh, middle school is fine for me.
When you said different kinds of waves I immediately thought microwaves.
Karen Davies same
Karen Davies Well I mean they *are* a type of wave, so you wouldn’t be laughed out lmao. But same as well.
Oh hey Karen why’d you take the kids?
I thought of p waves, and s waves. If I remember correctly they have something to do with earthquakes
Sound waves for me.
My teacher yelled at me because I handed her an expo marker the “wrong way” like how do you hand someone a marker the wrong way?
if the cap is on i dont get it but if its off i still dont get it

Vanka W. I read this whole thing glad things are getting better
If you got a B you’re not a straight A student
The GOAT - Aw, thank you!
*I WILL SURIVIE HIGHSCHOOL!!*

middle school isnt all that bad honestly. as long as you focus on your studies and get along with a couple teachers and have a few close friends, thats good. heres some advice from someone going into 8th grade:
- DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT TRY TO GET A HIGHER SOCIAL STATUS. i know popularity matters and etc, but the more popularity you do have tend to end up as a bad image around you, especially since snakes pretty much lives in middle school. just find your small group of friends and avoid drama.
Preach it.
Why middle school is terrible:
Puberty
Bullies
Homework
Kids vaping
Complex learning
Tests

You are so right. I am finally leaving that hellhole known as Middle School in June. The place that gave me the worst bone-shattering 3 years of my life from 6th Grade to 7th Grade to 8th Grade (2017-2020)
My middle school was 7th - 8th (2018 - 2020 for me), and I heard that high school will be 10x worse. And for me, 8th grade was the absolute worst year of hell, aka middle school. I guess 13 can be unlucky after all when it comes to someone's age.
Lucky you. I still have one more year to go 😭
@@iiWynn don't worry, the pain will be over soon
@@iiWynn Don't worry, because hell will be over eventually. I will be honest, 8th grade is absolute hell, and you're gonna be miserable and unhappy (possibly even depressed), but just remember that life's gonna get better one day.
Yeah, middle school can be hard if you don't get with the program quickly. You were just in elementary like 15 mins ago and everything had changed, from your friends, your teachers, and even your own behaviours. But that is all perfectly normal, dont worry. Middle school isn't nearly bad as highschool
Now that I think about it, highschool is way better than middle school. Like holy crap my middle school years were the worst. Jesus Christ

Tips for people starting middle school (I just Graduated Middle school, and I will be starting HS soon.):
(Applies to All Indoor Campuses/some outdoor campuses)

And yes, I've had to learn the hard way about mental breakdowns, since I've had a few in 8th grade.

everyone back in my middle school was stupid bc in 8th grade no one knew how to divide or multiply so i just slept in class and 6-8th grade was SO EASYY
I sometimes feel like abolishing the school system overnight.

Good luck!
I’m going into high school watching a middle school video
sh**
Same. :'(
i got 1 more year ;_;
Same ;----;
I'm happy to get into highschool because I can finally wear athletic shorts and tank tops. My middle school didn't even allow people to wear nike hoodies if the logo was too big
Please tell me how to do middle school, please. I have absolutely no idea.
When you mentioned different kinds of waves I immediately thought of light waves..
Same
For me,
6th grade was decent, but cut short due to the pandemic.
You couldn’t leave in the middle of it, all the lights were on during it, It began right after school and all the snacks cost like $5
Im glad im out of middle school
Logan yo lets go freshman this year? 💀💀
You're not gonna be glad in high school😂 it's much worst
my high school doesn't have dances
Same my dude
A lot of people are starting school tomorrow, I start in early September xD
I wanna see it!😂
My middle school for drama is literally on the high school level. To the point where I am concerned. Forward sample if there hasn't been a flight in two weeks you will literately hear people complaining.
Middle school is just like the hunger games. A bunch of hormonal teenagers trying to survive and if people die on the way then they were weak.
This is literally the wrirdest thing ever bcuz i was just shaving the stache off my face and cut myself and tgrew a spongebob bandaid on the shit and its literally in the video
My math teacher in 6th grade hated me and a group of other kids for no reason
Like she would make fun of us if we didn’t understand something or would just call our parents just cause we didn’t understand what she said cause she talks really fast and doesn’t leave the notes long enough to write it down
The thing was this teacher was my older sisters teacher when she was in middle school except she would teach social studies
So my parents knew how she was already
There was a couple times she was nice to us but I always tried being nice to her so I don’t get in trouble seeing how many kids she sent to the office ALSO she gave us this packet one day that we had to work on over the week and I decided to work on it during my gym class but o lost it and I tried looking for it but they threw it away and I tried explaining to her but she just said “you’re getting a zero on this cause you’re being irresponsible and not focusing” or something along the lines of that
The only reason I didn’t fail that class cause I had to teach myself everything on my own or my friends tried helping me
1:22 his effing laugh
Middle school is the most awkward years of your life. Hormones out of control, the awkward height difference in girls and boys, the wanting to act grown people, and just the overall environment is very weird. But in the end, it’s an interesting experience. You see each other grow and never talk to each other after entering high school. Enjoy it, it’s the last years you’ll be able to slack off in class (not saying that school work isn’t important please do your work). You’ll probably meet a great friend who’ll stick with you in the long run.
I remember last year I was talking about going to middle school this year, *im here now*
1:21 everysingle person who proved someone wrong you made them mad offended them or just said something that pissed you off same diff but still XD
Middle School?
ITS PRETTY BAD.
It's actually easy
Slime was a trend at my school until slime got stuck in someone’s hoodie after a prank
It’s so cringy in Michigan a girl was selling slime outside like wut?
My middle school principal banned slime from school but his daughter was the one selling it. XD
D:
Bro I would hate that person if they got slime on my hoodie ;/
Thank god I'm almost done with middle school.for the year
but wait there's more
I have one more year
I only have one more year left of middle school
I have 8th grade left... yay...
High school is much worse
IIXIozzy IXII i just left middleschool. Now I’m in highschool 👌🏼
School isn't so bad, you can meet some crazy people
Should I mention that I fell into depression from 6-9th grade because of the stress and bullying and basically getting no sleep...
I hope you're doing better
My school has no bullying is eveyrone is nice. I hope you're feeling better. UwU
I hope you’re doing better!
This guys like history teachers going off topic and I love it.
In 5th grade I accidentally started a trend by playing a game called cookie clicker and after awhile people started getting addicted to it to the point where if you were caught playing it even in free periods you got automatic i.s.s
Me: "POP MUSIC SUCKS"
TERMATED
@Crush Yes, it is my favorite band ever!
21st_century_americanidiot it’s just an opinion.... god
It's not an opinion, it's a deathwish.
I’m still in middle school...
6th grade was fidget spinners and bottle flips
Just left middle school about to be a freshmen
The_Grim _Gamer I’ve been a freshman for 3 weeks and it is so relieving. Though the upper class men blame you for everything and treat you like a little kid.
@Dr_Bagel bruh I start hs in 2 days I'm not ready lol
@@drbagel9188 anyone above the age of 14 and below the age of 22 treats 12-14 like little kids nothing different
when he slammed the computer on the desk and said, "ha!" IM DEAD.
I’m in 8th grade and I have 5 more months of school. 5 more months of pure torture. Your teacher is one of mine.. I HATE HER SO MUCH! For the most part I have awesome and cool teachers, but there’s always that one TERMINATOR.
Middle school is a whole hell.
Everyone acts like 5 y/o kids I wonder if It's just me being an old soul but..
My history teacher said that Luxembourg is the smallest country in Europe. He also said that Finland is Scandinavian.
Trust me, 8th grade is the worst year of middle school, and I'm saying this as an incoming high school freshman (class of 2024).
middle school was the best time of my life , and it just ended for me .
Dude there is a pile of fan art waiting to be shipped to you... 😂
But now i'm in homeschooled so i'm good :)
Tbh my middle school is great. There are like 65 students (half 7th and half 8th graders). No popular kids or bullying. The teachers actually care about their students. And our building looks like a barn :>
Man I love that laugh 1:23
In the end of the year all teachers usually give up 😂
Who can’t wait for summer?
TakisTakisYT it already started for me.
It started today for me.

I'm praying for the Lord it comes early 🙏
