    In this vlog I show you how to make ethakka mulaku curry/ muringakka ozhichu curry/ mutta thoran. Hope you guys enjoy it
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
    Coriander Powder- 1/2 tbs
    Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
    Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tbs
    Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
    Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic- 1 tbs
    ginger- 1 tbs
    green chilli- 1 nos
    Curry Leaves
    Dry red chillies- 2 nos
    Salt( according to taste )
    Tamarind - 2 nos + Water- 1/4 Cup
    Water- 1 Cup
    Raw plantains- 2 nos
    Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tbs
    Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp
    Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
    Curry Leaves
    Dry red chillies- 2 nos
    Small onion- 1/2 Cup
    drum stick- 3 nos
    Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
    Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 1/2 tsp
    Salt( according to taste )
    Coconut milk - 2 Cups ( Second extract )
    raw mango
    Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
    green chilli- 1 nos
    Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
    Garlic- 1 big flakes
    Curry Leaves
    Coconut oil- 2 tsp
    Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
    Dry red chillies - 3 nos
    Curry Leaves
    Salt( according to taste )
    Eggs- 4 nos
