but in US how to get few million banana leaves everyday??? india alone grows 47% bananas in the world hence its possible to use it. Not just banana but other leaves are also in use to make bowls and plates because it is easily available in india. banana leaves has polyphenol antioxidants which gets absorebed due to very hot food and it keeps people away from lifestyle dieses. but in US many people will call banana leaves as outdated serving style.
The u.s. has banana leaves you just have to look for it in asian or hispanic markets. But even then many people wouldn't be able to get past eating off such a flat surface with spoons and forks lol

10 years ago spent nearly 2 week traveling around Kerala love my time there but most all the smell of the Karimeen Fry was amazing thanks for this video brings back some wonderful memories
Kannur district is in the north part of Kerala, and we have 14 districts and every districts has their own variety of foods. And “ karimeen fry” from Alapuzha district heaven of house boats.. and I’m from Kochi(Ernakulam district)
i ate this fish curry before and it tasted really really good...now my mouth is watering.. i wish i could see my friend kerala and cook this one for me again.

Kannur district is in the north part of Kerala, and we have 14 districts and every districts has their own variety of foods. And “ karimeen fry” from Alapuzha district heaven of house boats.. and I’m from Kochi(Ernakulam district)

I had fish curry for the first time at a kerala restaurant I shot in Los Angeles. It was interesting. Definitely a different from the typical chicken curry.

He eats alot of Chillies, walks alot, and also lives in a tropical climate. He also probably does fasting. You can eat alot of different foods if you practice intermittent fasting.
