KISS Alive Worldwide Reunion Tour press conference with introduction by Conan O'Brien on the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier on April 16, 1996. Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss, Ace Frehley. I received this in a trade with another KISS collector.

I was there. The whole day was like a dream. I was on the floor(there was also an upper level with people) just a few feet away from the stage…and when Conan said their names, and that curtain opened….I was in shock. I NEVER thought it would happen, the reunion…and having missed seeing them in the 70’s….made it even more special. It was magic.

I love Ace and Peter. They are my favorite. I like Gene and Paul too. But these 4 are magical together. I saw them in the 70s. I was a teenager then and I had the biggest crush on Ace. Still do. Love you Ace and Peter...

I was at MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 1996 for the Pre Tiger stadium KISS show it was the 2nd concert the hoteL being brand new the ist show was Barbara Streisand , when Kiss hit the stage it was wiLd . . .

This reunion saved Ace and Peter. A year or two prior, those two co-headlined a club near me that had a capacity of about one hundred… and it wasn’t sold out.

And Ace and Peter also saved KISS. They were on the cusp of irrelevancy when the reunion happened. Album sales were down, they weren’t even selling out mid-sized venues and they had been relegated to performances at KISS conventions. The reunion tour was the biggest, most successful and most profitable tour in the band’s history, before and after 1996. Gene and Paul have Ace and Peter to thank for that.

I find Paul to be a really interesting person when he's not on stage...he's surprisingly timid and seems to have anxiety. Gene seems to be the natural balance to this.
