Nice work mate. Interesting to see the hammer mechanism is a bigger version of the dch273. I thought that one was unique but it makes sense they'd reuse the design

How dl you know so much about the mechanisms? Such as whether those pieces should or shouldn't be moving about.

What grease do you put in Makita impact gun. Rebuilding mines with new anvil and rotor as was pretty noisy. Cleaned old grease out and I'll replace with fresh grease. Cheers

Hi ive got same drill, the trigger has gone but the light comes on when trigger is pressed if I shake it while on trigger it statrs up then cuts out , any ideas , thank you

@@deandohertygreaser ive taken easy side apart and all looks good ,just unsure how to remove the main side if that makes sense.
