To the people saying buy a new one you’re missing the entire point lol. He enjoys restoring things and also makes money from the videos. It’s disturbing how many of you people lack common sense
Nice refurbishing project. Yes, the rubbery parts are always the hardest to repair. I used some liquid tape on my areas. And for the most part you can't tell any of it was damaged. But the fact that it runs and does what it is supposed to do is really all that matters... Thumbs Up!
Thank you for your support. This repair is not perfect because the parts are too worn, especially the sleeve of the output shaft. Later, I replaced the sleeve with a brass one, but brass is too soft and will quickly become loose under high-intensity work.
What a wonderful, well-crafted work that can only be done by the hands of an artist. It is an indescribable pleasure while watching your videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wow an actual restoration instead of all these fake restorers on here who literally just buy 2, damage 1 and restore it with the parts from the other. Nice job.
Thank you. I like to find problems and then find ways to solve them. This process will give me a sense of accomplishment. Of course, there will be times when I can't solve them, and I need to continue learning.😁
Great restoration. However, in my opinion you should have replaced the stator as well. Albeit that you did a good job on rewinding the coils, it's really hard to do it as precisely as the factory does. The bushing for the bit holder's axle should also have been replaced. The wobble after the restoration is still notable.
Thanks for the reminder. The stator of the motor is fine, but the wear of the rear bearing of the rotor is a bigger problem. However, the bearing of the original stator cannot be replaced, so the stator assembly can only be replaced. I really couldn't find a suitable spare part for the output shaft bushing.🤝🤝🤝
Hello sir.please help! how many turns are on a pole? and how do the turns connect to the 3 connectors?I know that there are 2 poles inserted in the front but I don't know how the 6 poles are connected to the 3 connector's.😢
The last time I took something apart like this it had no chance of being whole again, Humpty Dumpty had a better chance of getting together again and he didn't make it.💯😅😂
I think DeWalt tools have a lot of unique design details and are more powerful. I personally feel they are more similar to Milwaukee. I don't have Makita brushless tools, so it's hard to compare. Makita is too expensive.😅
The drill bit holder is still shaking a lot. The previous wear was too severe. If you want to completely solve this problem, you can only replace the gearbox housing and the bushing assembly.😆
That's an impact driver not an impact wrench. Impact drivers have the 1/4 in quick release collet on it for easy switching out of bits. Impact wrenches have the square anvils on them to put sockets on.
That’s pretty cool to watch no matter what the drill cost. The guy has dedication and the determination to do something that not a lot of people do so kudos to him.
А зачем такие действия с сердечником трансформатора? Если уж разобрал до сердечника - так раздели пластины, промой их и нанеси лак заново. А иначе все эти действия с сердечником не имеют смысла и могут быть вредны.
