Olly is such a G. I'm not surprised he doesn't know the exact numbers of his shock, forks and tyre psi, he's definitely the sort of bloke to just set it to how it feels right for him.

Wonder if the downtube flexes by simply squeezing it with your hand? Tried that with a 2016 Focus Spine Factory full carbon MTB... Low and behold the frame was cracked at the BB / Seat tube and there was an additional crack on the toptube shock mount. (Kind of my new test before buying / riding a new bike.) Meanwhile, super creative vid!

Adam Litzen seriously haha. I'm sure his mechanics change everything up for him depending on what he says but that was hilarious seeing him kinda stumped on such a simple question.
Does he race?
(at 7.00 mins) He says 'I'm not racing', and then at towards (about 8.10 mins), he says 'it's racing I'm not going to tell you my secrets.' Pointless. And if he races, it's with X-Fusion suspension. There can't be many top pros doing that. Unless he knows secrets that other bike makes don't want to us to know about.
