Two questions. First, why do you wear your helmets while digging the trails? Isn't it hot? Second, why do you carry your bikes up the hill? If you rode them up wouldn't it help clear the trail more quickly?

My trail I Built this year is named the “Corona Trail” to remind me when I built it. It’s almost as fun building a trail as it is riding it. Build a section in the morning and ride it that afternoon.
So much of our dirt in Oregon is like this. Now I know what to call it.

Been riding since the 90's and someone recently posted on one of my trail build videos about it being loamy. I had no idea what they meant. LOL! Definitely certain parts of my build are loam. I am starting to go down these section of my trail with no brakes. My trees are much closer together, and at 53 years old, here's hoping I don't hit one. ;)

Video idea: build an infinite track. A track where you don't have to go back up a hill, but a series of jumps in a circuit, that requires minimal effort to keep lapping. You can use a big drop in to get the initial speed.

BC is prime for loam trail building! Make sure you chat to your local association if you want to put a new line in, chances are they've already been thinking about it and you can collaborate and help out!
Yeah will do, I know most of those guys and gals that are involved in trails, Im a wrench myself. I haven't had the spade and rakes out in a while, perhaps its time.

how about making a video on how to ride stairs incredibly fast? I recently did urban DH race and found out there must be something else to learn as I distroyed 2 rims in the event and there were soooo many flat tires among the other racers

there not even trails lol you can go over it with a rake and it would just seem like loads of people have walked up
