We tend to overthink and end up not taking action that's for sure.
What helped me was to prioritize endurance training.
High reps.
It clears the mind and opens the door to succes on all fronts.

Coming into full alignment this year, action has been the name of the game. It can be a test when we put so much energy into manifesting our desires with little to no results at times... but it all comes back to us- just often not in a form or way we would like or expect. It is part of our jobs as life path 11s to interpret the world around us according to the way and form that the universe returns stuff to us. From there we can use what comes back to continue to forge forward a new path of creativity to continue to attempt to reach our goals! #lifepath11s #wegotthis

I found your channel yesterday, it is really makes me feel like you know exactly what I am feeling, also your style is so resonate with mine, but I also understand that I need to start talking and to be a guide for women from the dark to the light.
I also know it will have to with someone, to do a podcast with another person, because I need it to be a conversation.
I am looking for someone to do this with me, and I was thinking, it's all in divine timing, but it feels like it's should happen in the following week or two.
Is there something I can do to understand how will I know this is something I can rely on except my feelings, how will I know it's not fear?
And really trust it that it's not only procrastination?

The best thing you can do to understand and distinguish your voice against other outside stimuli is to meditate.
