Warrior Monks

A fun look at some very hard work this past summer. The staff has always represented control in western cultures , and so we use it to train self control at our club. The time for actual warrior monks has past but there is still a lot that can be learned by the systemic practice of self control and form. We couple a serious topic with fun and humour tod try to make it as fun and as memorable as possible.
