I was just about to do a video on this except I did it the hard way by spamming items and supporting my troops with gratuitous magic and arrow assists! I've been feeling smug about breaking this game over my knee only to find out there was an easier way! XD Man I spent like 5 Hallowed Corne Ash on this!
Since the ashes work differently in True, we can’t spam warriors like in expert. I gave it about 10 tries and the summons all never even made it to the garrison. The roaming knight pack was too strong. Not a huge deal considering I’m almost to B rank already before setting foot in Drakenhold. Works best in expert but not TZ.
@@GloriousGEO NP, and I’d honestly recommend skipping to the final difficulty using the warriors exploit to hit 40 early. It feels bad initially but TZ is not even hard and with how well we understand the game, honestly is kind of a joke. Since starting my second run I’ve not had a single unit die even once to have to reload the game. Glad I skipped ahead now so I can have all my progress in a final save.
So I don’t know if this strategy is less effective on lower difficulties, but I just tried this exact strategy to open Umbalcons and it took me 3 Hallowed Ash, handful of Revival orbs, healing tonics, and getting involved myself to just barely beat this Lv25 stage. Now you might say “go get the End game gear from Sorm,” but that’s a Lv38, so I don’t see that working out any better for me.
Are there any good powerleveling spots after the one 'Moderate I' sigil trial in the first area? That one is only good until around lvl 20 and then the XP gain is so small as to be inconsequential. Didn't know if you might have found anywhere else yet!
@@GloriousGEO witch quest? and can you a video or repeatable quest for leveling up? cuz the only i can think was the shaman one. never knew there where other repeats ones.
I have been a longtime Atlus fan, but this is their first Vanilla Ware title I have been interested in and everywhere I look, I see people praising them. And I think I see why, but I've been meaning to ask someone....How are they about- 1) DLC 2) Updates and additions 3) Sequels. ANY fan of their work out there who has imput will be appreciated. Thanks!
I don't believe Vanillaware does any sequels. But there supposedly dlc for this game since people found items referring to it. Updates are pretty good so far.
@@GloriousGEO DLC would be nice! And I am hoping they add (sorta) a NG feature. But i don't want everything carried over. Just the renown unlocks would be perfect. As in all squads open from the get go.
If you haven't played 13 Sentinels, that is an INCREDIBLE game. The story is so good and the whole way you play that story is amazing. Definitely check it out!!!!
Can you please do a video promoting Alain and Co, without having even done any battles other than the forced Unicorn Ring (Hodrick) Call to Action (Aubin)? I would like to try promoting Alain, Lex, Chloe, Travis and co without having done any battles, then play the game like normal.

@@naus6081 I haven't reach albion just yet. Gonna make a couple more team builds in bastoria before I go there. No such glitch exists to jump that far into the game.

the summoned mercenaries dont do enough dmg on higher difficulties thats why it says enemies are harder to defeat for higher difficulty
Now that I'm on True Zenorian, I wonder how well this tactic would work. I'll test it a bit later as this would be a boon for getting early OP units.

I attempted this on a lower difficulty, and my summoned warriors just face planted on the boss at the gate into Bastorias.
Looks like u got bad rng. Try restarting the map

I guess I'm dojng something wrong my summons can't defeat the boss am I ment to use stamina potion for spam? On video looks like it's not needed.
Restart map to get better RNG or change your difficulty lower.

Has this been patched? I’ve been trying for a bit and the griffin riders are crushing my summons
Nope. It looks like you just got bad rng. Try restarting the map, if they die too fast. Also try changing the difficulty to story mode.

Hope they never nerf the Warrior Summons for Sellswords.

Did try the battle like 20 times now. Even after using a hallowed corn. They can not kill the boss
