Yes. Neutral on the shuttle shift will accommodate this

Can we increase throttle with right side black knob if foot and hand throttle not pressed i.e. at idle rpm.

No, you should be moving to set adjust speed and rpms.

Did you install the radio in the cab? Where did you get the bracket to hold it?

I've used it a couple times to put the pto in and that's it. Really nothing!
